“Spent majority of my kit expenditure with MAAP. I also just bought the last x up there bib from their website too ha. Always open to doing reviews and sometimes question why I don’t start a social media / YouTube with the amount of gear I get. I should do a review channel. Keep you posted. “Purchased online from both full priced items and archive sale items. The only issue I have is I have never been able to log in with my password rather than the one time link Ava I’ve tried several times to reset my password but with no luck. A little bit annoying. Other than that my experience is always good. Orders are delivered quickly and returns are easy as. Happy customer”

“My recent experience was very mixed. I was trying to gain information about an up-comimg release. I called the customer service number 3 times, left a message each time and not one of the calls was returned or responded to. I tried using live chat twice and neither time was there any response. I asked a few qustions via email but received evasive replies. Very frustrating! I was finally able to order the item I was after. My experience improved from here. The item arrived next day, which was very impressive. The product is great, although I haven't worn it yet. I must say all emails I sent were responded to quickly. I'm suitably happy and will most likely purchase again.”

“We went to the TDU in Adelaide in Jan were you had a pop up store ,I went on a few of your rides which were awesome I wanted to purchase the A tour jersey that you had ,sadly for me you ran out due to there looks and every body wanted one, I get your drops now i recently bought 2 pairs of you team socks great fit and looks .”

“Love the products. Style and quality is great. I got a couple of defected products and upon contacting support, I got a discount code for the price of the product I paid for and I didn't have to send back the defected garment. These defects were all cosmetic so the products can still be used and functional”
