“Customer service is great. Had a quality issue on one item in my order and was resolved in a timely manner. Only gave a 4 stars as their online form needs to be updated as the instructions are out of date but customer service did provide some guidance on what to do via email.”

“Release more mesh long sleeves. Fat boy here and in 90% of your kit I look like a bunnings sausage when the skin shrinks and the meat pokes out the ends. Understand tailoring to the XXL may not exactly be the brand’s aspiration but it would be nice to buy some nice riding kit that makes me feel as good as the product looks on rack.”

“I found a really great range of options in my size in the recent sale. I would have liked a non-express postage option to select from, and I had a much better success rate with right size after trying on physical samples at a shop here in WA. The size widget was way off in informing me about which size to buy.”

“Quick delivery, lovely jersey. The only thing I’d change is the tightness of the waistband. The elastic isn’t very expandable so it’s a slight tight squeeze. Other brands have more forgiving waist bands!”
