“Lens on 100% MAAP glasses cracked due to changing them between clear and shaded as designed. Probably did this 20 times and then the lens cracked. 100% said I dropped them and wouldn’t replace. MAAP sided with 100% unfortunately. I have never dropped and have only ever handled them with great care (due to their high price).”

“Design it really nice. Size is good. Quality is perfect. Would love a bit shorter in the front or the jersey. Would be nice to only have laser cut on the legs of the bib but overall, one of the best combo I have.”

“Have been using MAAP products for 6-7 years now and the products have been getting better with every release. The attention to detail that MAAP staff put into the garments is second to none, with my changing riding styles there is always something in MAAP range I can use. The after sales support is also fantastic, any issues or crash replacements have been sorted promptly with great communcation.”

“Experienced some significant delays with my last order. Believe others in my biking circle were affected by significant delays also. Not typical of them I will admit. Great product though. Hopefully, they will be more attentive to customers requirements in the future. People don't like waiting weeks before an item is shipped after paying, especially when there are so many competitors in this field.”

“First time Maap buyer and the product is great. Both jersey and bibs fit great, disappear when you're riding (which is what I want) so very pleased. Not pleased with customs ding though... Canada customs hit me an additional $140 in duties/taxes. Maap should have a rapha-type set up all-in price. No muss, no fuss and no surprises.”

“So far I love the products. I have several jerseys and socks and love the fit and lightness of the fabric. I used these this winter while I was in Thailand for a month of riding. I have still yet to order a pair of bib shorts. I am curious but I do have a few pairs of Assos bib shorts and the chamois in them is world class and still performs well after a full year of wash and wear. I will probably try a pair however one of these days as the jerseys and socks are amazing”

“I spoke with customer service regarding a faulty bib. In a matter of days the issue was sorted and anew bib sent out to me no questions asked. They went above and beyond to find the best solution.”

“Everything I've ever bought has been excellent quality and pretty! I love the diverse models on the web page but could they please smile and be more appealing? the other thing is sometimes I've ordered and had to wait for the order to come into stock so showing stock levels would help.”
