“This is my first high end kit after riding in team kits for decades. I'm 5'8 and 128 lbs with a 28/29" waist and 36/37" chest and tried the XS based on MAAP's size guide but it was VERY tight and so I exchanged for a S size and it's a better fit IMO. The quality seems high although time will tell in terms of wear - my Vermarc team clothing has been very durable. I really like the colors and design. One thing to note is that you should not expect MAAP to reply to any email or even phone inquiries if you have questions or issues. My emails on sizing or exchange reimbursement have gone unanswered - as has my phone call.”

“I purchased some items in the sale that never turned up. It's fine, not a big deal but obviously a bit disappointing that I can't get the discount rolled. The quality of the clothing is tip-top though.”

“I ordered the deep winter base layer the delivery was very fast only a few days. I have use it twice and it seems to work well. I will try it again this weekend early in the morning to see if it's okay in lower temperatures.”

“I recently had an unfortunate accident and needed to utilize MAAP's crash replacement policy. However, I was quite disappointed to find out that I had to submit all my previous order numbers to be eligible for the discount. This process is cumbersome, especially since many customers, like myself, might have purchased jerseys, bibs, and socks in separate orders. MAAP should be more customer-friendly and open to giving the discount without requiring such detailed information. Making the policy more accessible would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.”

“I requested a refund of a number of items because the website Prevented me from obtaining a refund and instead Provided only a store credit. Despite numerous emails explaining that this was not acceptable because I lived in a city without a maap store (and accordingly the only way for me to try on items was to order multiple sizes and return the sizes that didn’t fit), I received no response. I nevertheless sent the items back and requested a full refund. I have not received a refund for the additional items. Maap has stolen my money and lost my trust.”
