“I headed in store to try on some cargo bibs, and was ignored by the three guys on shift for a good five minutes, despite being the only person in the store at the time. When one of them did ask if I needed help, he was decent about helping me get the size I needed from out the back and providing advice to me on the different fits. What bothered me about the entire experience was the little ways in which MAAP basically indicated it wasn't for me. I was the 'largest' size MAAP provided for women, which is laughable - I'm a size 14, so in the scheme of women on bikes I'm pretty average. Every time I wanted to try on a different piece of clothing, the guy had to head out the back and tear into another plastic packet for me - so not only is my size not on the rack, it's also kept in some little plastic packet. It meant extra work for the salesperson, and made me feel bad for asking him to fetch and unwrap so many extra things. Ultimately, the one thing I wanted to buy wasn't even available in store and I had to order online. So, despite the fact that what I ordered was quite good, I won't be going back in store again or recommending MAAP to anyone else.”

“Excellent gear, great service in store (Collingwood) and super efficient subsequent online experience Price is up there, though so far can’t fault the quality Rear pockets on cargo shorts are great and primary reason for purchase, but would have preferred open access from the top of the pocket rather than zipped side access as ability to stow a larger item (eg small pump) is restricted.”

“Quality top but too expensive when compared against like for like competitors (Rapha). Sizing chart is a little off, as an XXL would have been a better fit. Postage took longer than expected. I recently ordered bibs from Spain that took less time to get to me, and I'm in Perth, WA. There's other cycling kit suppliers out there that provide kit just as good for less dollars. Also, the sizes available online are always sold out. I bought as a first pass/try, but likely won't buy again.”

“Recently I put on a warranty claim due to the stitching around the neck of a thermal jersey coming undone. I bought it couple months ago and only used/washed it 3/4 times, so it shouldn't be damaging that soon. Anyway, the reponse from MAAP, moreover Martina Tosin from their support team was outstanding, she replied promptly and arranged a discount code for the full price paid for me to select a suitable replacement and even suggested repairing, reusing the item or disposing considering the environmental impact. Tell me if this isn't the level of support we all expect from a supplier. I'll stick to MAAP and highly recommed their great apparel and if for any reason there is a quality issue, they respond quickly and taking accountability of course if you can show it is within the warranty times and provide proof of purchase.”
