“I did include the cost of duty and shipping which ended up to he almost 40% of the value of the goods I purchased. This is a great product but it is too expensive to buy directly.”

“Ordered items were delivered within the expected timeframe. Quality of materials is superb. Just had an issue with the sweater which was not indicated on the product details page having a very relaxed fit. I even use the size recommending feature on their website but it did not help at all.”

“Honestly I am not impressed with my experience. After admiring the look of the jerseys for months, I finally splurged and bought a LS, and a short sleeve, and socks. I am based in Canada and didn't realize what a hassle it would be ordering from Australia. It took 10+ days for the shipment to arrive, I had to pay $157 in duties on top of the $45 shipping I already paid. I don't love the jerseys and wanted to return - it took 8 days for their customer service team to respond, and when they did, they said I would have to create my own label (and presumably pay for shipping BACK to Australia, I am still waiting for a response on my follow up question). Oh and I can't return one of the items as it's sale price and not refundable. I suppose this is all my own fault for not reading the fine print, but the costs incurred are exorbitant and I will never purchase from MAAP website again - instead I will shop my local retailer.”

“Love MAAP - they're my go to. However, I do wish: 1. The women's jerseys were shorter 2. The straps on the women's bibs were shorter 3. Shipping within the US was faster. I'm in NY and receive MAAP orders from a cycling shop in Vancouver, CA faster than MAAP orders from the official site.”

“Pretty dssapointed.. I ordered some kit, accidentally put the wrong address and emailed support instantly to change the address. I got word back quickly which was good saying the address has been changed. It was then sent to the wrong address. I was told another package would be sent, but after 3 emails to the help person I was dealing with I've heard nothing back. The kit for a riding trip so I've had to go without. Was my mistake to start with so not disgruntled but was under the impression there was a remedy...”
