“Customer Service always excellent. I choose MAAP products because they are mostly good quality, and no other brand appeal’s aesthetically. I say mostly good, as my gloves have started fraying after a month or so of use”

“I waited for a year for the LITP kit to drop. I ordered same size as usual and found sizing changed and colour knicks were closer to white than grey. I contacted maap by email and found all stock was gone. So as a member of LITP I missed out on what I wanted, i missed out on my 20 percent member discount on second purchase and had to pay expensive shipping and I spent 230 bucks. Sorry I have been a supporter of the brand but there is better quality and value now elsewhere. I tried to phone to try and promptly sort but there is only international phone number on the site now”

“I recently had an experience with MAAP, and while the product quality was great, the shipping process left much to be desired. The delivery speed was quite slow, and the only shipping option available was DHL. Unfortunately, DHL's shipping fees and taxes are significantly high. It would be great if MAAP could consider expanding logistics partners to include more affordable options.”

“MAAP is one of my core cycling brands. I always browse this website looking for new stuff. I love their color and design choices. They are truly looking to stand out, and that's what I love about them. Also, I love the way their jerseys and gear fit me. While their stuff can be a bit pricey, MAAP's quality and design is worth it to me. They are also very integrated into my cycling habits and reward me with sales and deals often. Their service has always been quick and responsive when I've had issues and their crash replacement came in big for me. Overall, I'd strongly suggest MAAP to any cyclist.”
