“Amazing customer service and exchange experience after purchasing a couple of jerseys that weren't quite the right size. Big ups to the team and their back-end systems which made it a breeze. Received replacement jerseys within 2 days of receiving my initial order. Can't ask for anything more than that!”

“I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery to Brisbane for a purchase from Maap. It was here within 2 days of order. Other stuff from my own city has taken a week... Bit early to comment on the bibknicks I bought (1 ride thus far) but they are obviously very stylish.”

“Good deals on end of year sale items. Can I say, the colour theme of the short sleeve jerseys is very lop sided. Solid colours on the comfort fit / cheaper jerseys. And a lot of aero jerseys in colours that really only suit a certain generation. Please bring back some bright solid colours in race fit jerseys. Stuff that maap was founded on, call it classis maap.”

“I am a little conflicted with this review. The quality of the items received and promptness of delivery has been excellent. However, the 'ethics' of the invoicing/charging is questionable and the customer service extremely poor by comparison to other cycling apparel providers. I recently purchased bibs, jerseys and socks to which end a bundle discount was applied to the cart, however the transaction was completed with my bank for the full RRP value without the discount shown in the checkout. i have contacted customer services twice about over 5 days and I'm yet to receive any response. If ever there has been an issue with Rapha items by comparison they have responded within 24 hours - without fail. THis is really poor form.”
