“I received the wrong item. Ordered Alt-Road Cargo Bib but end up receiving a long sleeve shirt. The wrong size sent is still acceptable but these are totally two different items, non-identical in terms of shape and design. my order number is 127968.”

“Overall the shopping experience was plasent. I found the filtering on the site need more options. I wanted only men's bibs that were on sale and found that I couldn't refine for that option so no had to scroll through the stock to eventually find them. Also there was a lot of times with no stock in large so that was also annoying.”

“I purchased from the Mid-Year Sale when I got early access, but just got an email offering an additional 10% off the current sale. This was a little disappointing since I already made my purchase. It might be worth adjusting this approach to avoid alienating customers who received early access or who bought early. I really like the product, it's just not great on the buyer experience side.”

“I just love my Ascend Pro Rain Jacket. the Light Coral colour is stunning, sure to snap the dozy or distracted motorist back to the present moment. This stylishly designed jacket made with recycled fabric looks and feels great. and it goes without saying, constructed to a quality standard that I have come to expect from MAAP. I am tickled pink or light coral in this case”
