“Had some delay on my first order and advice that the item ordered was shipped was missing the airway bill tracking number. However all was sorted out with a follow up email from me. Item arrived 3 days later. Decided to make another order for a wallet and a bag after receiving the crossbody bag ordered which was very much to my satisfaction. This time the items arrived without a hitch and advice on shipment with tracking number was given 1 day after I ordered! The quality of the bags and wallet I ordered was exceeded my expectation. Certainly much better in finishing than some big brand names. Good value for the money spent. A word of appreciation to Marjorie for keeping me update on the first order.”

“Excellent service and communication (thank you Marjorie) and very satisfied with very good quality products. If I may suggest for the embossed "Handmade in Tuscany" (in handbags) can be slightly bigger. That'll be perfect and also for gifts. Anyway, Thank you Made in Tuscany.”

“I bought two leather backpacks in different colours, you can zip the straps up and wear it on one shoulder or unzip them as a traditional Backpack, there are also two grab handles at the top. There are three zip compartments on the outside and one pocket to slip things in. There is plenty of storage space inside, one large one had a zip compartment. Highly Recommended 10 out of 10”

“I am very happy with my purchase. The bag is beautiful, the colour is what I wanted and the quality of leather is amazing. I couldn’t expect a better product. There was a short delay for the delivery of the bag but I prefer to wait for a short time and get a fantastic quality product rather than a badly made one, then the timeframe was all fine with me. I definitely recommend the bags as these are beautifully handmade and have a very good price for the quality.”
