The product is good. But The delivery time is too long and that affecting The rate of the service.

I was charged shipping fees $14.95 even though the promotion was free shipping if you spend X amount of money which I did. I spent over $200. I wasn’t happy to see that I was still charged shipping on my bill when the package came.

i have been ordering from you guys for almost 5 yrs..And for the past yr my packages have been lost or delayed.. I am not happy with you guys anymore..Customer service is not even responding to emails.I have a package that was returned to you for missing a person to sign.. i have been emailing you to send back the package but until today no answer

My complaint is about the codes discounts of 12% that dont work am a regular client but have tried all your codes but notjing works.

Makari is always on point but my last purchase took abit over one month. I know due to the COVID-19 pandemic everything slowed down but this was just disappointing .Everytime I called they told me I should be receiving at least an email regarding my shipment but never did. Im now a bit scared to order thinking my order will take that long. Hope I’m wrong 😏

I’ll just say it’s OK, I’m not busting myself about anything here.sometimes it does what it says it will do and sometimes I don’t see any difference. so do I like, am indifferent cos it’s just OK. I feel like for what we paid we got a lot less for it However, sometimes your orders take too long to arrive and that’s why I’m giving it a three stars.

My rating is based on the customer service and not the products I am currently trying. The service experience was unpleasant, no one refer to the order that i made for more than two weeks. I tried to contact through the media that was on the site without success. As a last resort I turned to Makari Facebook page where my asking to see what was going on with the order was finally addressed and shipping arrived.

Have had a bad experience in the past. Reported it and they did nothing to my complaint. Their product destroyed my skin with discoloration. Lost money of almost $200.

Have developped big dark spot on my face around the eye areas and it looks horrible.It looks like my face is burnt... Using the exclusive cream for about 5 years now and I need help and advice to correct the dark spots on my face. Also not getting feedback from customer service regarding my recent order status for a week now.

My order delayed and didn’t arrive on time. I do experience burning sensation with use of the products that I bought, which happened many years ago at the time I used your product and the reason I stopped shopping your product until recently. I am hoping that this will stop with time. If not, I will stop use again!

Love my products unfortunately I was missing a product out of my order and I still have received no word on what’s going on with it. I’ve emailed and called customer service and was told a case is open but still nothing and we are going on a little over a week. Great products but customer service has really dropped the ball on my order. I really was looking forward to trying my Blue Crystal lotion but unfortunately it was not in the box with the rest of the Blue Crystal line I ordered kinda disappointed ☹️

Not happy with none optional insurance fee added to already high shipping fee. Yelp review of said company is bad. Hope your company has a rethink on this fee.i have never in my 15 year relationship with makari had any issues with my delivery so why this? .

I want to encourage those of you waiting for your orders. I ordered my products on April 4th and didn't get it until May 12, 2020. Between those times I sent several emails to both Makari and Routes which were ignored. However, on May 12 to my surprise it came even though Makari had informed me that they considered the products lost and Routes was processing my claim. It is frustrating, waiting and being ignored but the chances are its still on its way
