“It took 1 month before getting my product but due to the time right now it was ok,not a big deal. What i DIDNT like was the customer service that was very poor. Never answered a email or the phone, not even whatsapp when i was wondering where my stuff were. But good product’s”

“When I received my cleasing cream today the bottle was not full. It looked as if some was poured out or if it was used. I would like to have it replaced. It took over a month to receive the product but Other than that, I love your product!”

“From the beginning it was great, but I did an order the company has not delivered the rest of my items to me yet. Sezzle company goes to my account continue taking the payment I don't have the products and I sent an email no response. Other than that the products awesome.”

“I have ordered products from Makari a couple of times before now. This delivery stood out among my other purchases as I was made to pay again to the delivery company before my parcel could be delivered to me, even though money had already been taken out of my account by Makari for international shipping. The seal on one of the caviar face creams was also not sealed when I took out to use. Actually, this is my first experience with Makari as I have never raised any dislike for ordered products, and the first time for to pay again to have my order delivered to my door. Would be glad if someone can help explain things to me. Thanks. Victoria”

“The shipping price is too expensive for someone like me who lives in the UK. i AM NOT SURE WHERE THESE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM, BUT EVEN THEN, i BELIEVE THERE IS A WARE HOUSE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT SORT HERE IN THE UK so the expensive shipping charge is not acceptable and is often a barrier for me making any purchases.”
