“Been shopping with Makari for a long time and bought a product that I have been buying for years now. This time the product was different, it smelled very bad and broke my face out. I thought either the content had changed or the product had gone bad. Since I have always bought the product and knew what it was like, I reached out to have it returned and my issue wasn’t addressed at all. Your website says you offer people alternatives when they are not satisfied with a product and that you try to resolve the issue. I wasn’t given any alternatives or information about whether the product changed. I was just told to ship out the product to an address and that Makari won’t pay for shipping (for a product that I already paid to ship to me and turned out bad). I was dished with short half-assed answers to my questions. Very disappointing to say the least and makes me never want to shop with Makari again.”

“I am very disappointed 😔. I had a high expectations when I bought this product. After a month an so using it, I don’t see any changes and the smell of this product is just unbearable. My complexion has also worsen. Some part of my face and body is becoming darker than usual. If there is any other product I should use that actually works, I might consider giving it a try. Otherwise, I’m done with this brand. Thanks”

“This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had . First they dispatch items without updating you it would delivered for you to look out for it: second the ship your goods from uk and charge you shipping feee as if it’s coming from US, thirdly they have the worst customer service. Very rude ! So basically now I haven’t got my order and the tracking number is telling me delivered”

“Please please and please don’t buy this product especially for a baby I bought everything for my baby from them it gave her a terrible rash the doctors where so suspicious of the product I contacted customer care they ignored me and never spoke about it”
