“While the product is excellent it took more than a month for my order to come after a lot of unanswered emails,messages etc. We all know times are different but the waiting period was excessive, no problem with the product yet as I have been using for just a week but so far all seems good.”

“I received the bottle of my exclusive tone boosting milk already tampered with.The box it was delivered in had spills of the product all over it.I also ordered serums before the boosting milk and I'm yet to hear anything about it.i sent an email and I'm yet to get a response”

“To be honest...your delivery time frame is discouraging. It takes over 2 weeks for an item to be delivered to Canada. DHL takes 3-4 days from China to Canada. You should definitely change your products carriers. I placed an order on the 19th of feb... I’m yet to receive the item. A first time buyer...highly dissatisfied...Period.”
