“The products are good but the packaging is cheap. My toner/cleanser spray top got stuck in cap. My toning serum top did too. It's too expensive for cheap packaging.”

“Well for now have not seen the effect of the makari products on my skin.. i need my skin to be really brightened and fair. Am so particular about my face because have got Acne,dark spots and blackheads. Just hope the makari products will clear that for me.”

“I am truly sorry you guy's i tried your product and am sad to say i can't use your product the soap is to strong and i ordered the mild sensitive soap. You see i have Lupus and can't use alot of stuff but i wanted to tried your soap. It breaks me out and itch. Thanks”

“Although Makari’s products are very good, the lack of a real ‘discount ‘ discourages me from buying more. They offer percentages and dollar amount discount... BUT shipping prices overrides the discount... so really no discounts”

“Makari you are good. You are expensive. The least you can do is free shipping over $100. Listen to your customers. Donâ€™t focus only on discounts, not everyone gets the opportunity to buy at the time you discount your items. Know what your customers need. I will give 2 stars, do something about your shipping.”

“The beautifying milk was a huge disappointment. I really had high hopes for this product and this was my first time trying makari. The bottle is the worst design I've ever seen for lotion. Impossible to get the lotion out. The quantity did not even last me a week and I spent $47 on it alone. The serum has not worked. So far no results and it too was very expensive. In less than a week I have used all 3 products. And it cost me $110. Could not even last 3 weeks. I have seen that the lotion thins out your skin and causes you to see your veins. Shipping took 10 days. Overall I am not satisfied with makari”

“Hi. I took a chance using this product because I have acne prone skin. Even though I ordered and used the one for acne prone skin i still broke out from using it anyway. At the time of first using Makari De Suisse for acne prone skin I didn't have any active acne on my face, however, after one week of use i had over 40 active pumps on my face. I'm hoping to return these product for a full refund.”

“I have been trying to use the Argan Milk Extream tone for over 6 months. My skin is worse uneven and very ugly. I don't know what to do, I kept using it to see if it will improve. I may not get any help from you, all I need to do is tell my story.”

“This cream is awesome I luv it. My concern is that bottle tho . It is not easy to get a cream out of it. My second concern is the shipping cost which is too expensive. They charged u $14.95 which is the basic for the shipping and you receive your products after 8days. It means that if u ran out of one of the product you have to wait 8 days after placing your order. Or, you pay about $43 to get your product in 3 to 4 days . Shipping cost is way too much for me”

“I mistakenly bought the wrong product following the link on my email and did not pay attention to the email received from you with regards to the order (my fault) The customer service received by my assistant in trying to resolve this issue in my opinion was quite poor and not what I wold have expected being a long time customer.”

“I like the fragrance, the container , and everything else, but both the 24k body milk and the day cream are giving me acne on my face, behind my ears, and on my chest wall and it's not a good feeling. Tried to convince myself it would get better after my skin adapts to the change but I wish I stopped at the first sign. I had used makari 5 years ago and loved it until I used one of the facial creams and broke out this same way. I think I was using the cavier facial cream, then found out it was supposed to be only for dark spots. I then tried another facial, which I now believe is this day cream and that ended my business with makari then because my face was pitiful compared to what it was prior. Never used this 24k till this time but it's not working either. I like makari and might try the original body milk which gave me good tesults then. For the face, I will have to go back to what I have tolerated and enjoyed the past 4 years. Please don't ask me why I was switching if the other worked because I don't know.”
