“I normally rate the food but have just bought garlic and herb chicken thighs which were rather awful...very fatty and most the herb stuffing sat in the fatty part of the thigh. It was apparently sufficient for two people, but had five thighs (why do stores offer meals for two with unequal portions, perhaps in the hope you will buy another? However I just make sure I don’t buy it again. M& S Food seems to be on the verge of deteriorating the same as the clothing!”

“I wish to express my thanks for member of staff at your store in Church Street Liverpool his name was David who I believe was on work experience.David went out of his way to direct me to the restaurant even going so far as to take my sister and I personally down a floor and escorted us to the restaurant. He showed such courtesy and politeness and I hope he has a successful working career in your store.This is so seldom experienced now days but one which we used to expect from Marks &Spencer. Thank you David so rare in our shop assistant these days.”
