Hi Robert I can see you purchased the MD Roamer in February and I am sorry to read that the dogs are not enjoying being clipped. Is there a problem with the MD Roamer that is causing them to react or is it just they are bigger and noisier than smaller trimmers which have small motors and vibrate less? The MD Roamer is a professional clipper with a powerful motor. We try to work through these issues with our customers as we never leave people stranded with clippers that are not suitable. I can see you have had them for about 8 months so if you can get in touch with us directly we will sort out a solution for you. Again sorry that the dogs are not happy with the clippers. “I contacted Masterclip when I ordered a new set of clipper blades and advised them that I had misplaced my clipper instruction manual when I moved house. They sent me both an email copy and a new gard copy of the instructions free of charge. They couldn’t have been more helpful. .”
