“Had to purchase a part for clippers bought several years ago from Masterclip. Brilliant customer service when I called to ask if a repair was even possible. I was advised of the part I needed, purchased and received the order the next day. Phew! Product and customer service highly recommended!”

“I have had to clip my poodle/Newfoundland myself as I can't afford constant groomer fees. I am 77 and find Masterclip a godsend,keep my boy at a comfortable growth with trim every two weeks. He is not a dog to stand still for long but we manage and he always looks good.”

O had ordered the MD Roamer dog clippers and I can honestly say how pleased I am overall with the speed of which i received them, the product and how excellent it is. “Masterclip customer service is second to none. It truly is old school good customer service and that is on top of clippers that are well priced and good quality. Checked and serviced my clippers under warranty despite it being right at the end and I couldn't replicate the power problem that I experienced once, as they decided to work again. I was concerned that the problem would resurface in a few months when I next used them, so Masterclip took them anyway under warranty for a check up. Really went the extra mile to help. Thank you. Would I recommend - yes and I have several times.”

“Received new clippers last week . Trace clipped my very hairy retired warm blood that day. Great result- blades cut like hot knife through butter. Very quick service from Masterclip from order to delivery. Have already recommended the clippers to a friend.”

“They're pretty noisy. I didn't expect them to be so loud. The blades clatter. Made my dog quite nervy. I've got a set of cordless trimmers & thought the clippers would be almost as quiet as them. Sthe high speed also isn't as fast as I'd expected.”

I am sorry to read that the dog did not enjoy being clipped with your new dog clippers. I am wondering if you had got the blades seated correctly on the clipper as they should not be clattering. Clippers will always sound louder than trimmers as the motor is bigger in the clippers. If you are not happy with them we will happily have them back for a refund or a warranty inspection. If you could contact us directly we can make a plan to resolve your issues, we never leave people stranded with clippers that do not work. Kind Regards Susie
