“Can not fault masters at all they fixed and serviced my clippers and I had then back within 48 hours. Had a problem after receiving them and was communicating over email regarding it, had fast response and the problem resolved straight away.”

“Great customer service, had to ring the company to confirm their instructions to on how to get the my clippers to them as it was straight forward. Once I got confirmation it was easy to send the clippers and pay for postage there and back. Would use them Again.”

“Super product. Quiet, lightweight, and easy to use with good gradings on the clipper guards. My Otterhound can be sensitive and didn’t bat an eyelid when I used these on her. Very pleased with my purchase and it comes in a smart and dinky little carrying case.”

“A wonderful service. All aspects of the highest quality. This is the second time I’ve used the service and both times I’ve been exceptionally well looked after. In my experience (my own and talking to others) this company is easily the most cost effective company to buy clippers from and have them maintained. The clippers always come back as good as new. I’m always contacted to discuss what’s been found and how to proceed. The clippers themselves - heavy duty, variable rate, mains - are running perfectly after 7 years of use on my yard. What’s not to like? Those new to clipping large animals, remember the other half of a cost effective process is keeping your blades sharpened!”
