“The clippers arrived on time as expected. One of the rechargeable batteries wouldn’t charge. As soon as I contacted the company a replacement battery arrived the next day.”

“An order for clippers was placed on the afternoon of 22nd Dec and we received them less than 48hours later. Considering the chaos (compounded by delivery strikes and difficulties) at this time of the year, we were astounded to say the least. Impeccable service really! Not only that, but we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase an ex-demo pair at a considerably reduced price, which was doubly appreciated, since our previous pair of master clippers had finally given up the ghost after 15years of very regular use, so that will give an indication of how reliable and sturdy these clippers are. Needless to say, our opinion of this company is extremely favourable and we would highly recommend both their products and the company itself.”

“Amazing service. I was using my 2014 Royale clippers on my section A pony on the 21st Dec. The clippers broke and due to Christmas nobody could fix them for weeks. I contacted Masterclip with a query about blades, they replied immediately and I ordered the HD Roamer. I missed guaranteed Christmas delivery by 2 days but ordered anyway. Much to my Delight the clippers arrived by 3pm the next day, fully charged and ready to go. So pleased with the service and the clippers. They made clipping a very hairy pony so quick and easy.”

“After doing a very speedy turn around to get back clippers to me they were foiled by DPD Stoke where the clippers have been stuck for over a week. However the ladies at Masterclip chased my parcel for me and updated me most days. This experience would not put me off using them again.”

“I have 2 very big Standard Poodles. They had long coats over the colder months. But a major clip for the warmer months now required. The last blade I brought was 18 months ago. I clip at least every 6 weeks. Just so happy. Lyn and the poos”
