“I ordered my clippers, and received them very quickly. However, two of the blades I had ordered were missing. I rang them and they immediately sent out the missing blades, and lots of apologies, and I receive them in the next day. I am so far enjoying the use of my new clippers with my five dogs, who all had their summer clip this last weekend. I watched the YouTube video with the Lhasa, to get an idea of the best way to use the skip blade, as I have never used to skip blade before. I have realised I need a different kind of blade for my Springer Spaniel, although the cut was still very good . All my guys look great with their new haircuts and it was very quick to do each dog. I got nearly 2 dogs done on one charge, so having the second battery was a blessing. They also charged up very quickly.”

“Over the moon with this set of two clippers, the cordless and trimmer. The cordless heavy duty cordless are lighter and easier to use than I expected. The clip is exceptionally good, no clipper marks to be seen! Great, as my grey mare is tricky to clip. She looks just like she has her summer coat. The trimmers are a bit more tricky, as I'm not used to them, but they are quiet, and clip well. However, they clip VERY close without the guards and I did leave a track on her face with them. Wouldn't have shown on any other colour coat. Just need a bit of practice with these. On the whole, exceptionally pleased with both and looking forward to many years use.”

“First clippers I’ve bought, they’re brilliant! We have a very hairy cob and they got through his hair really easily. He’s never been clipped so had to take our time whilst he got used to them. The one battery lasted no problem whilst we let him get used to them then lasted a trace clip no problem. My 12 year old daughter did all the clipping to learn and used them with no issues. Light enough for her and pony was not fased at all with the clipper noise. They arrived so quickly too.”
