I ordered my clippers, and received them very quickly. However, two of the blades I had ordered were missing. I rang them and they immediately sent out the missing blades, and lots of apologies, and I receive them in the next day. I am so far enjoying the use of my new clippers with my five dogs, who all had their summer clip this last weekend. I watched the YouTube video with the Lhasa, to get an idea of the best way to use the skip blade, as I have never used to skip blade before. I have realised I need a different kind of blade for my Springer Spaniel, although the cut was still very good . All my guys look great with their new haircuts and it was very quick to do each dog. I got nearly 2 dogs done on one charge, so having the second battery was a blessing. They also charged up very quickly.
