“First class service l put a 2nd order in for a set of comb guides scissors and a grooming comb the comb was the wrong one and when l emailed they refunded me the item and kindly let me keep it too. Very happy with the company and its customer service ?”

“I’ve waited to review these clippers until I’ve used them. They are really good and glide through my dogs fur like a dream! I am on my fourth pair now (first time with master clip) and these really do the job the best. I have a Tibetan terrier and his fur is really long and thick. I had a query when I received them and the customer service at masterclip is extremely helpful and very efficient! Very pleased at my purchase - pedigree pro!”

“Master clip is an excellent company with lovely, friendly staff who are only too pleased to help. I always buy my blades from master clip and they are excellent quality. Fast delivery and always well packed. I definitely recommend them for both professional groomers and diy people who have dogs that don’t like anyone else clipping them. “I sent in my clippers for repair and it turned out that the problem was with the blades I had recently had sharpened, not the clippers themselves. I had a phone call explaining what the issues might be and my clippers were returned to me free of charge. I really cannot fault their customer service and Adam was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Masterclip and will definitely be using them again.”
