“Half the order was broken in their warehouse but I had no contact from them asking if I still wanted the rest of the order to be shipped, they just did nothing. I had to chase it up and then could only communicate by email although they gave a phone number in the confirmation email. When I phoned I was told I was unable to speak to the department concerned I could only email them. Eventually the rest of the order was delivered but not within the timeframe quoted when I placed the order.”

“Excellent website purchase procedure. However, certain mug sets weren't under the "mug sets" tab. Also there is no following up of the order dispatch and I had to call the very helpful customer support.”
