“Sirs: Placing my order was very easy. It was previous to that event that has caused me challenges. I am very interested in buying a quantity of the Christopher Vine Marigold table ware for our home. Challenge being that I could find any place that I could see this offering "in person" so to speak. I attempted to email yourselves with no response so decided to purchase one mug as an introduction to this line. Hence, the Good rating. I can't wait to see this pattern and if I am as pleased as I am by the pictures, I will be placing my order. Thank you.”

“I placed an order but was not sent a confirmation email. When I set up an account to track the parcel - the website would not allow me to track it as it said email not registered. I subsequently wrote an note via the website but have still not got an answer. Quite worried if I will get my order in time.”
