“Nice simple design for a butter dish. Good price, but I'm really surprised at the postage ! It's the same price as the butter dish. Extortionate”

Hi Mary, thank you for your review. We're glad you like your butter dish! In response to your point on delivery charges, we use a 3rd party logistics warehouse for all our orders, who use a courier company to deliver and these unfortunately are their charges to us per parcel. We will take your feedback on board which will help us to develop our offering. Thanks

“I was so delighted with my first order as the packaging of goods was excellent; so much so that there is next to no chance of any breakages. When I placed an order that was accepted and then could not be processed, I received an email with a full explanation and immediate refund with a most sincere apology. After sales service is so important and Maxwell & Williams after sales service was superb.”
