“I signed up for 10%. Off my first order but when I placed my order it did not take off my discount, why was this?? Please explain this problem, very disappointed!! The 10% has new been credited to me also the mug that had been soiled and used with "tea stains" has been replaced. Thank you.”

“Not the most intuitive of order completion processes, but adequate. Main beef: I was promised a 10% discount on my first order if I signed up to your marketing ... & it never materialised. I felt a bit cheated; not an ideal impression and am not sure I now do want your marketing material.”

“I've been unable to contact customer services, the invoice is different from the price on the website, the phone number on your website does not exist. I have sent 3 emails asking to change the order and no one has responded either by phone or by email. Update. I've revised my rating. The after sales once contact was made has been good. I still have to return the original order but there have been good comms since. This is an automated order system and is not flexible during holiday periods”
