“Problems with completing order. Still unsure whether they will be charging me for six plates instead of three. Website poor. Keeps telling me it doesn’t recognise the goods I am ordering but I am using their names for them!”

“I have only scored my experience as 'poor' because there were lots of broken links on the website. I really wanted 20cm pasta / soup bowls not 18cm cereal bowls but every pasta bowl link I clicked on gave me an Error404 result. Impossible to tell if these are available or not.”
