“I’ve bought skirtings in the past but when I came to the most recent ones. They must have used the most blunt blade they could find because the finish was shocking”

“Excellent communication. We ordered Luxor skirting and architrave and had them undercoated/primed to save us work. However the primer/undercoat process left the wood covered in a thick white substance with bits/residue in places, so each piece had to be sanded prior to painting to remove the gunk so this made more work. Some of the pieces had sections that looked like they had been gnawed and other sections had holes in them where knots had fallen out? been removed?? so these sections needed filling and more sanding. Once we’d completed the prep work and painted the skirting/architrave it looked lovely…..just a lot of prep work that we didn’t expect”

“order 6 of one length and 6 another length of MDF wall panelling received 8 and 3 instead, they sorted the problem by sending more but not great to start with when delivery driver signed on my behalf saying order correct”

“Online experience and delivery were excellent - product was poor. However, since I wasn't able to see the quality online, I was a bit surprised by what arrived. I ordered skirting boards and architraves that were primed, however the quality was so low that I had to substantially sand everything and then prime myself. I wouldn't buy these again.”

“Hi after ordering skirting boards from yourself that was not a problem , it was when it came to delivery I was left a voicemail on Thursday saying that skirting boards would be delivered between 6-30/7 am on Monday morning I called your office to query and was confirmed that time stating that someone had to be there to sign for them , having to pay one of my lads overtime to sit and wait for a delivery that never appeared until 10-04 am you can understand that I was not very happy to say the least”

“I was expecting the skirting at the end of the day, as per the the email confirmation. It arrived about 7am and no one was available to receive the order, this is what it stipulates on the order confirmation, that someone must be home to receive it. In spite of no answer the driver left it outside in the storm. He wrapped it in plastic, but water always finds a way. I have feedback to SW but haven't received an answer. Shame as I will need to order more”

“Delivered to the wrong address. I had to go to find and retrieve. Delivered to Road not Grove. Simple error but still left wondering where the delivery was until I looked on the tracker and it said delivered which it hadn't been. 20 X parts cut +2mm over specified length so all had to be recut.”

“I purchased approximately 460m of your skirtings which I’ve had to send back as my client didn’t like it , then re ordered another pattern from you , but I was charged 50% re shocking charge in my opinion completely outrageous and on that basis I wouldn’t use your company again”

“Bought 5000 pounds worth of skirting and architrave, I was 2 lengths off skirting short for the job So rang them up ordered and paid for the 2 Lengths to be delivered I arranged for a joiner to be on site Only for them to send architrave They questioned me that I said architrave I said don’t you record all your calls They said yes So I said check it out They rang me back and said sorry yes you did Say skirting not architrave But you ow is 12 pounds as we only charged for architrave Seeing I spent 5 k on materials plus then had to pay a joiner to come back to site To fit the skirting when the correct order came I was very annoyed at this This sort of over shadowed the original order Which was good”

“Informed by email delivery 5.15 - 7.15 a.m. Called you and told driver will call before delivery. No call, delivered 8.15 a.m., no packaging, just bare board, black marks from transportation damage, and paid for primed but finish poor. Do not recommend unless pack items securely.”

“We ordered 3 doors that it said were in stock. Unfortunately only 2 arrived as one was out of stock but we weren't informed about the out of stock door ahead of delivery and after delivery no one contacted us or responded to email. After trying to get through for a couple of days to support I finally got a response and they told me the final door was to be delivered.”

“It would have been fine but for some reason instead of supplying the 2 idential skirting boards that I had ordered they sent two that were not the same. We didn't notice until the joiner came to fit them. So too late and inconvenient to send back.”
