“The window board delivered had a very poor surface along its entire length. The best way to describe it is it was covered in "pot marks". It was like looking at the surface of the moon. I tried sanding it down but wasn't prepared to put the required amount of effort in to make an improvement. In hindsight, I should have returned it but I needed it in a hurry. I would not recommend this company. For what it's worth, the delivery and associated communication, was excellent.”

“Product is good. Poor delivery service my girlfriend was in the house her self to receive the delivery and not only was it 2 hours late, when it arrived he said he wasn’t allowed to help her take it in the house due to safety reasons and expected her to carry in 12 metres of skirting in herself. After arguing with him about it he did help her in the end but just very poor customer service.”

“Great samples free of charge. Ordered just enough to cover radiator areas for the moment, need another 5x 4.20 to finish bottom half of house. Delivery was very disappointing. MDF wood left in heavy rain outside of house 2-3 hours before delivery slot.”

“The period pine skirting was a nice profile with minimal knots and was well painted. However, all seven lengths were warped with a bow in profile, so that when they we fitted to the wall they stick out at the top which need loads of decorator's caulk and stick out at the bottom so look off vertical. Also whenever they meet some architrave the bend looks really obvious.”

“Skirting world sent the wrong sample, twice. They were very quick to reply to my query regarding the wrongly sent sample. Currently waiting for the correct sample to be sent. So far delivery has been a problem.”

“I used the company as they stated 3-5 day delivery but I received the order 8 days later, which was frustrating given I was on a strict timeline. The quality of the mdf is ok but once I started digging through the products, some where chipped but it was past the 24 hour time limit to report them by the time I got to the pieces.”

“Ordered a door frame which came with pretty shoddy cuts and the wrong finish, they are sending a replacement out though free of charge. I wish the delivery was quicker especially since ive had to delay work for the replacement, eight working days is a bit slow in 2024.”

“If you're ordering from here, make sure you order more than you need. We needed an additional 3 lengths. Ordered exactly the same, profile Edge 1, thickness 15mm, 95mm skirt. What arrived was completely different as per the pics. Have to say this isn't the first time it's happened either, last time they provided replacements FOC. But then you have to bring the joiner back at additional costs. You'd expect this if they were cheap, they're not.”

“Was due to arrive on the Monday; I was then emailed today it would be Tuesday; I received a text on Tuesday saying that driver was two deliveries away and would be there soon - it never arrived. It then finally turned up on Wednesday but I’d wasted time waiting in for them.”

“Ordered Friday before 12 paid for "fast delivery" website says would be delivered Monday but boards didn't arrive till Wednesday. Fast delivery is a waste of time don't pay it”
