“I really loved our cat sitter Jacqueline, She's the sweetest! My cats were very comfortable and happy with her. Our shy cat even let her pet him he's never like that with strangers. Jacqueline sent us photos and videos of our cats, she went above and beyond. Meowtel has hired a great person you can trust with your fur babies. I look forward to booking with them in the future.”

“I loved my cat sitter! He was great but I was disappointed that I was unable to get a refund. Had booked for four days and it ended up getting quite sick and couldn’t go to Thanksgiving and so only only used two days. Otherwise great service.”

“When numerous options did not work out, I fortunately stumbled upon the Meowtel App and found our purrfect home and cat sitter! I also appreciate the ease and means to reserve care and communicate with our Rockstar sitter!”

“I love Meowtel. I found Meowtel when I was researching to find caregivers for our elderly kitty, Daisy, who needed meds and didn't like to take them. I had been using a service in which they sent a different sitter every day. Every person who came was a stranger. One of them was afraid to give Daisy her meds and actually sent me a text message saying that "Daisy seemed to want her space, so I just put her pill in her food bowl." I was 6 hours away and there was no way Daisy was going to eat that pill in her bowl! I decided, after that trip, that we needed to find a better solution. I found Amy and Drew and both of them are loving and responsible and are experts at giving pet meds. Our Daisy has since passed away, but Drew and Amy are like part of our family and, although our current kitties don't have any special needs, I wouldn't dream of changing sitters. It makes all of the difference knowing that the kitties know the sitter and they see the same one each day. I get pictures and text messages telling me how they're doing. I can't say enough good things about Meowtel and our great sitters. It makes all of the difference in my peace of mind when I'm away.”

“If you're looking for a well-run and reliable cat-sitting service Meowtel is the way to go. I've been using Meowtel for two years now and have enjoyed their folks taking good care of my two cats when I'm out of town. Highly recommended cat-sitting service!”

“We have used Meowtel several times to procure a cat sitter when we’re going out of town and it’s been great! Everyone has been professional and the app is easy to use. There are some logistical things when making appointments that are annoying, but otherwise it is perfect for what we use it for.”

“10/10 would recommend. My brother loves my cat, and he's close, but if I ever need someone to hang with him and he's unavailable, I will 100% be utilizing your service again. Preferably Rachel, she wad great and my Monkey boy loved her. He was adorably happy I got home, but he was in a great mood and really seemed like he had fun while I was away. No signs of distress or loneliness at all!”

“I'm not usually good at writing negative comments but this time I will leave our bad experience with Marshall. I had a plan to travel during Thanksgiving (11/22-25) and made reservations for my two cats a month in advance. I communicated with Marshall by text and I explained how to feed them and how to dispose of the cat litter before I leave and he said "No worries!" However, I had to worries!! I didn't receive messages from him and there was no record he entered into my house(my front door has a passcode, so I can track a history.) I called and texted him but he never answer any of them. I don't know what kind of background check was done to make him a cat sitter but at least, he has absolutely no responsibility to take care of live animals. The fee has already been refunded but he should explain and apologize for wasting my time with unnecessary concerns during my trip!”

“Because of the pet sitters kindness I was refunded the money for the visit I was forced to cancel due to illness. Meowtel has a no cancellation policy if you cancel less than 48 hours before your reservation begins but my pet sitter was kind enough to vouch for my situation and I was credited the full amount. As a brand new customer I really do appreciate their willingness to work with me despite their policy.”
