“Would rate zero stars if I could. A known scam website that has stolen over $100,000 from customers and shoppers. Don’t shop from this horrible website of thieves and bandits.”

“If I could as well give them 0 stars I 100% would. I ordered two records for a christmas gift and of course just like everyone else was promised the 8 week shipping. One showed on back order so once it was passed the due date I didn’t think much of it. More and More time passed so i tried reaching out and continued to get the generic messages. I called and got the same thing. Now they are having sales on BOTH records I had paid $101.07 for. This is absolutely ridiculous and a waist of your time and money. This business should be shut down and everybody reimbursed for the money whole plus all the lies we had been told for WEEKS, MONTHS, some even YEARS. MERCHBAR SUCKSSSS DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I WARN YOU DO NOT”

“Made 3 orders the end of September and its now the end of January and have not received. Cancelled two of them earlier in the month but left the big one of $1,800. Cancelled this on Friday after a week of emailing with no response. Wtf is going on with this company. I am hopefully going to be refunded, we'll see.”

“Still waiting 8 months later for my order. After having 5 ignored emails to customer service and asking for a manager to contact me, I finally received a copy/paste response (not from a manager) saying that they are having supply issues. Insane. Order from literally anywhere else.”

“Ordered items months ago and still have yet to receive. Anytime I reach out to customer service, they say they are working to fulfill the order. Obviously they do not have the items in stock when purchased. Should not be allowed to operate a business this way. AVOID at all costs.”

“Ordered st the beginning of December for a Christmas gift. It was in stock and it should have been no problem to receive in time for Christmas. As of today I still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times! They do respond with a generic message saying they are busy. I am so frustrated and requested a return of my money. Have not heard back. DO NOT ORDER THEM!”

“Ordered 4 vinyl 5 months ago. Never received. Have been calling/emailing daily for months. No explanation OR staff response whatsoever. I had to get my bank involved JUST to get my money reimbursed (this is a long process and the investigation is STILL pending). 100/10 would not recommend.”

“If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would. I purchased a vinyl record from Merchbar on 5/24/24. It is 1/23/25 as I write this review, and I have not received my order or even a response to the four emails I have sent them. Merchbar has consistenly shown that their customers do not matter to them. A wait of 8 months warrants at the very least a courtesy notification and explanation of the delay. A customer should never have to contact them for such an issue in the first place; the fact that they refuse to even acknowledge me is insulting and a display of appalling customer service. In short, be advised that your orders from Merchbar may or may not arrive, and they will repeatedly ignore you because they do not care about your customer experience at all.”

“It's been 2 months since I ordered the item. I don't get the item or any updates about when I will get it. When I reached out to ask one month after, someone just wrote back saying they're really busy and they'll get to my inquiry. Another month went by and I had to reach out again. I only received a vague response. I don't have the item or even an idea of if I will ever get it, and they already have my money. Stay far away from this company.”

“It's mostly a scam site, they say they have stock when they defiantly don't then blame suppliers when you ask what's going on with your order. Their business model is take money and hope you forget they have your money.”

“In late October of 2024 I ordered a record from them. They immediately sent and email saying my order was received and would ship soon. A month later no record. I contacted them again and was told they were sorry and they were working on filling the order. A month later, still no record and still no update. I contacted them and asked to cancel the order and refund my money. They emailed me apologizing and let me know they were working on my request Three weeks later, no update and no confirmation on my request to cancel. Going on four weeks now and I finally got them to acknowledge they don't have the record in stock and that they would refund my money. Three months they had my money for an item the don't have. There's a reason they have so many negative reviews. Stay away from the.”

“Some of the worst customer service ever - multiple emails before they ever respond to one say "we're too busy to answer your questions regarding an order that is months old and still not shipped." Give your business to a company that deserves it.”

“Order never processed/ shipped, unable to reach anyone from customer service for assistance. You can email but will only get automated responses telling you that someone will contact you soon. If you try to cancel your order that just generates another automated email. No number listed for customer service, no live chat option. I've had to go the route of disputing my purchase through my credit card, will never order from them again.”

“Same as everyone else. 6 weeks after my order it's still in the "order received" phase. Hasn't even gone to processing. Customer service is basically like "it will get there when it gets there". I'm going to try and ride it out since the records are all a very good price on Black Friday discount. But I will NEVER order from Merchbar again.”

“Worst company to deal with. Four months of waiting for albums listed on their website and no communication. Pretty much a scam based on the 1000 or so horrible reviews I’ve read, unfortunately after I made the order. Don’t waist your money!!!”

“On my first order, I waited and waited and waited. There was no communication, and I requested a refund and received my refund. For that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I decided to give Merchbar another chance. After waiting over 40 days, I asked for a refund. Today, I received an email saying they would refund me. For that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. They have continued to list the vinyl I ordered. Good luck to those buyers. As for myself, I will avoid Merchbar. I buy from other resources and will stick with them.”
