“I orderd 2 Christmas jumpers from Merchoid, 1 arrived within days the other was held up. When I checked my order and saw expected delivery date as Nov 22, I ordered a similar jumper and hoped the other one may arrive before then, however the following day I was offered to swap ar get a full fecund. As I was hasty to reorder I took the refund, at that came through the next day. Great products, excellent dispatch time, excellent communication and all in all, excellent service.”

“Always been great quality clothing, I've had a majoras mask shirt in the past, and recently picked up a sonic christmas jumper. Both great!”

“An issue with sizing. No size chart so had to go with what it said was my size on the list selection and it arrived and was 2 sizes too big. Now I'm having to get an exchange on items that will probably sell out before my return gets processed. Is a shame because the items were in good condition and very nice. Luckily the return process is simple and free.”

“Great quality product with quick friendly service exchanging for a different size when original didn't fit. Well worth the money for the quality.”

“Delivery was fairly quick. The £50 Christmas Jumper has a plain panel on the back which was a bit disappointing. Other than that quality seems good.”
