“Every year since 2017 I have treated myself to at least 1 (sometimes 2) jumpers for Christmas and every year I choose Merchoid. The products are always of a good quality and delivered to me promptly. Any gender and any age will find something, fandom related, to love from Merchoid!”

“You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong and how they handle things. Still awaiting refund for item which was out for delivery 2 weeks ago but has been lost. Courier confirmed they can't locate it, no response from merchoid when asked for replacement, waited for 5 days and then started a case through PayPal. A week later (so 2 weeks on) I am almost £100 out of pocket and merchoid refuse to even discuss refund (for first week I asked for replacement). Communication has been terrible and no apology or trying to placate whilst they look into it. They just ignore messages, don't give a time frame for resolution, wouldn't even discuss sending replacement. Only got any response when escalated via PayPal. Just hope I can get money back.”

“I orderd 2 Christmas jumpers from Merchoid, 1 arrived within days the other was held up. When I checked my order and saw expected delivery date as Nov 22, I ordered a similar jumper and hoped the other one may arrive before then, however the following day I was offered to swap ar get a full fecund. As I was hasty to reorder I took the refund, at that came through the next day. Great products, excellent dispatch time, excellent communication and all in all, excellent service.”
