“The cart i have is really good except that we play on a course with alot of hills and i beleive the cart could be more stable with a wider front wheelbase and the wheelie gar on the back could be wider and give more stability.”

“While the MGI Navigator is a great addition to any golfer, it fails to last for those who walk more than once a week. I had axle gear failure after 1153 miles, That said, I usually play 4 rounds a week at 4.5 miles.”

“Overall great product. I have been using the ZIP navigator for few years. However I had been waiting for the 4th wheel for almost a year. i signed up for email notifications when the product is available, but no notification. One time, I was just checking the web site and found out the product was available, so I ordered it right away. and even after i placed the order, it was not shipped until after 3 or 5 days. so not sure what's going on.”

“Purchased my first cart through Costco and it dies after a round and a half. Returned and ordered another, same thing and tried one last time, again the same. I finally purchased a cart from our Proshop instead of Costco and it's been rock solid for 25+ rounds. Everyone I know that tried the Costco version had the same issues. Everyone with the non-Costco version, no problems at all. Now I'm a happy customer but was close to giving up. Hopefully they get the Costco models out of production, they are junk.”

“Great product. I have enjoyed playing golf with my golf cart. I also ordered a zip remote control recently and I have not yet received it. Hence I'm a bit frustrated that it has not been shipped as fast as I would have liked.”

“Love my new MGI Quad 4-wheeler. The remote is responsive, the battery is quick and easy to hook up, and the cart itself is quick and easy to get set up. Used it five times before it got too hot here in Phoenix. Am looking forward to the fall/winter, spring season. One fly in the ointment or it would be a total five-star rating. Ordered accessory clips for this and they don't fit because this used to be a BagBoy cart. Contacted the sales dept and have not heard back with a return auth. Please help, thank you.”

“Zip Navigator is a great cart. One concern is with going uphill the cart tends be unstable and does a wheelie and occasionally tips over. I read in some customer posts to try adding weight to bag since I have a lighter bag, this helped a little. I noticed the new AI version has the battery in the middle helping with balance issue. Another suggestion would be to have a netting that would hold range finder or other devices. I did not receive my score card holder. Thank you Jim”
