“Great product. I have enjoyed playing golf with my golf cart. I also ordered a zip remote control recently and I have not yet received it. Hence I'm a bit frustrated that it has not been shipped as fast as I would have liked.”

“Love my new MGI Quad 4-wheeler. The remote is responsive, the battery is quick and easy to hook up, and the cart itself is quick and easy to get set up. Used it five times before it got too hot here in Phoenix. Am looking forward to the fall/winter, spring season. One fly in the ointment or it would be a total five-star rating. Ordered accessory clips for this and they don't fit because this used to be a BagBoy cart. Contacted the sales dept and have not heard back with a return auth. Please help, thank you.”

“Zip Navigator is a great cart. One concern is with going uphill the cart tends be unstable and does a wheelie and occasionally tips over. I read in some customer posts to try adding weight to bag since I have a lighter bag, this helped a little. I noticed the new AI version has the battery in the middle helping with balance issue. Another suggestion would be to have a netting that would hold range finder or other devices. I did not receive my score card holder. Thank you Jim”

“I Love MGI Quad Navigator! However, I would like to see better parts availability in Canada! Had to purchase a part in the states, ship to a friend and then ship to me. NOT IDEAL!”

“My 4th wheel was stolen a couple of months ago. When I initially visited the site for a replacement, they were out of stock and I waited for 6 weeks. The replacement came as the whole assembly when all I needed was the fork and wheel. So, $61 was a bit much for what I needed. Quite happy with my Zip Navigator otherwise”

“Really enjoy it! Works great. Seems durable. Comparatively light. I pretty much only use stop and go because you have to reset the distance feature every time which is silly. Wish I could easily manually push when needed (it’s an all or nothing when you put the wheels on). Remote would be nice at times but not needed. There’s no place to clip a scorecard unless you buy an extra attachment.”

“The item works great but the packaging and cost of delivery $10.00 was over the top. The item 2 screws and 2 plastic spacers fitted into a 10X4cm plastic bag (could have been mailed in a normal envelope. Instead this was placed in a sandwich ziplock bag which was then placed in a large cardboard box full of packaging material.”
