“Provided a motor for my robot although out of warranty.”

“We were able to make the cup holder attach however it did not fit on the designed knob as designed. We had a similar cup holder break when one of our carts fell over last year and the replacement cup fit properly. This replacement cup holder was different & does not fit as it should.”

“I recently purchased the AI GPS and absolutely love the cart. I’m getting great exercise and the cart functions very very well. Overall I’m very pleased with the cart, but the accessories are less to be desired The cooler bag is very cheaply constructed, and the zippers get stuck and hung up all the time and the pulls fall off. If you’re walking, you’re gonna want a cold drink with ease and not have to fight cheaply designed zipper functions very disappointed.”

“I really enjoy the cart. This model turns on a dime, which I like. The front wheel could be a little larger, as when you hit any roots on the surface or things recessed (sprinkler boxes or drains), it does hit them hard and can tip a little too easily. I have walked 36 holes in one day on a course with about 15 stories in height change and the battery lasted fine.”

“So far so good! My husband had an issue with the cart the first day he received it. It was user error, he did state the instructions could have contained more information on the initial set up. But the online videos did help out immensely.”

“I like the cart, find it very stable and sturdy and it’s easy to use. I’m still learning how to use the remote in that the pressure given to the left and right buttons drastically affects the amount of turn. I’m certain that this is my problem and I’ll improve with time. My only concern is that I bought the 2024 model believing that it came with the 36 hole battery and mine came with the 299 watt battery which is apparently the least powerful battery you offer.”

“Support from the company I bought the cart from sucked. MGI have been much better. Still struggling with really bad wheel wobble even after adding 2nd washer/O ring. Would love help resolving that. FAQ/troubleshooting should dress the need for trimming after set up. Cart is pretty good though.”

“Really enjoying my MGI zip but there a certain things that could be improved. Getting it to keep going straight is challenging. I recalibrate regularly but it always veers one way. Also needs a better location for the remote that is more easily accessible.”
