Love my cart. Almost 400 miles on it so far.

My 4th wheel was stolen a couple of months ago. When I initially visited the site for a replacement, they were out of stock and I waited for 6 weeks. The replacement came as the whole assembly when all I needed was the fork and wheel. So, $61 was a bit much for what I needed. Quite happy with my Zip Navigator otherwise

Love your Zip Navigator product. Well built. Works great! Customer Service is lacking which is why only 4 stars.

The product appears to be of good quality.

The strap doesn’t always stay tight so the bag has fallen off a few times.

Really enjoy it! Works great. Seems durable. Comparatively light. I pretty much only use stop and go because you have to reset the distance feature every time which is silly. Wish I could easily manually push when needed (it’s an all or nothing when you put the wheels on). Remote would be nice at times but not needed. There’s no place to clip a scorecard unless you buy an extra attachment.

If the original had been 6 inches longer, the extension wouldn't be necessary.

The item works great but the packaging and cost of delivery $10.00 was over the top. The item 2 screws and 2 plastic spacers fitted into a 10X4cm plastic bag (could have been mailed in a normal envelope. Instead this was placed in a sandwich ziplock bag which was then placed in a large cardboard box full of packaging material.

Very pleased with the cart and the extras.

I like my Mgi. I wish it had an on off switch on the handle that shuts it down completely. I think I have it locked on the remote and it takes off by itself. I talk to others who have the same one and we laugh about how many times we crash them.

It was way over priced and it didn't even come with the needed screw! Other than that I made it work.

I have had my Zip Navigator now of almost one year. I love almost everything about it . . . . remote control, speed, breakdown for transport, ruggedness, attachments (score card holder, gps holder, umbrella holder, drink holder and towel holder. What’s more I get the exercise without having to physically push/pull my clubs and I save $15/round in cart fees. My only critique is that it could have better balance. You have to slow down in transitions from grass to cart paths and vise versa, especially if the transition is a couple inches high or low. You need to approach transitions in a direction perpendicular to the transition to safely traverse without tipping over. One other thing, the Zip Navigator has directional stabilization. With this feature if you are climbing a hill the cart will rock back onto an 4th wheel (like doing a wheel) and if the drive wheels start slipping it can become unstable thrashing left and right trying to maintain the intended direction. If you’re not paying attention or holding onto the handles it can flip over. In these situations and over rough ground you can hold onto the handles guaranteeing Navigator stabilization and manually control the speed and direction. As you become more familiar with its operation you will recognize the areas were you can use the remote (hands free) and when you should manually direct the Navigator. Great investment!

Good service so no complaints but I wonder if this little bit of plastic could have come in a small envelope instead of a 10x10x10cm box. By the way, regarding the question below, I dealt with MGI via the Internet not Live Chat, email or telephone. It took about 14 days for the item to be delivered.

Really enjoy the cart. Easy to use. Remote works are great. The only issue my golf bag (which is a carry bag with the legs) doesn't fit or stay on the cart. I wish it would have been clearly stated that those types of golf bags are not recommended for this cart.

Did not receive the towel. The Navigator does not stay on a straight line and pulls slightly to the left otherwise is fine. Can the motors be adjusted to stay straight?
