“It’s a little fragile, the purpose is spot on but I bought the replacement as a back up because I’m pretty sure it will eventually break. Also, the insert that it slides in comes unlocked while operating in the down position. BTW : The motor has been making a whinny sound at certain speeds almost since I bought it. I have 213 total miles on it so far in an about 6 five months.”

“Support from the company I bought the cart from sucked. MGI have been much better. Still struggling with really bad wheel wobble even after adding 2nd washer/O ring. Would love help resolving that. FAQ/troubleshooting should dress the need for trimming after set up. Cart is pretty good though.”

“Really enjoying my MGI zip but there a certain things that could be improved. Getting it to keep going straight is challenging. I recalibrate regularly but it always veers one way. Also needs a better location for the remote that is more easily accessible.”

“I think they should expand their parts list a bit. I had the plactic tab break off the upper bag support and they wanted me buy an entire upper arm assembly. The piece can be removed with two screws. Plus the shipping costs are outrageous as flat fees on even the smallest items. Not good at all.”

“Navigator and many optional items are good. The clip for the remote seems to break easily. I have broken several only by clipping them on my belt and the replacement pieces are very expensive. Phone holder is better than the included one which falls off with phone easily. The optional phone holder is much better but quite expensive, especially after buying 2 navigators, two mgi bags and some options.”
