“I think they should expand their parts list a bit. I had the plactic tab break off the upper bag support and they wanted me buy an entire upper arm assembly. The piece can be removed with two screws. Plus the shipping costs are outrageous as flat fees on even the smallest items. Not good at all.”

“Navigator and many optional items are good. The clip for the remote seems to break easily. I have broken several only by clipping them on my belt and the replacement pieces are very expensive. Phone holder is better than the included one which falls off with phone easily. The optional phone holder is much better but quite expensive, especially after buying 2 navigators, two mgi bags and some options.”

“I have reach out to the company for assistance with connectivity but the customer service is terrible. The app will not allow me to pair to the trolly due to saying account already exist meaning I have no access to the phone app. Also the gio fencing does not work. I update my course and try to test around a bunker it failed. I am still looking for help with pairing. I would love to hear from the company.”

“The zip navigator has been reliable and works well in most conditions. It will struggle with steep inclines and requires a physical assist on the handle or it will alternate power to the left then right multiple times and tips over”
