I have reach out to the company for assistance with connectivity but the customer service is terrible. The app will not allow me to pair to the trolly due to saying account already exist meaning I have no access to the phone app. Also the gio fencing does not work. I update my course and try to test around a bunker it failed. I am still looking for help with pairing. I would love to hear from the company.

Love my electric MGI all terrain cart. It's well made and easy to set up and break down. It's also fun to operate using the hand held remote. Overall, it's a quality, well-engineered cart that is giving me much joy on the golf course.

Prior to my purchase, I reached out to customer service via email with a question. They answered my question within 24 hours. I then ordered my Zip Navigator AT directly from MGI and had an easy checkout process and fast shipping. I'd recommend them.

Wonderful caddy. Still can't register the product and confirm the warranty. Got the assembly onstructions online, very easy to assemble.

The zip navigator has been reliable and works well in most conditions. It will struggle with steep inclines and requires a physical assist on the handle or it will alternate power to the left then right multiple times and tips over

The item might be good so I asked the question could the remote drain the battery answer was we suggest you charge it each day, not very helpful

I talked to Michelle from your office - she walked me thru the website and told what part to order based on the model number I gave her. It was the wrong part. I had to reorder the correct part. My problem is - I had to return the part she told me to order. $43! This should have been at MGI’s cost. The U Tube video to replace the part was great!

I have a 3+ year old MGI Zip Navigator that I needed to reburbish for my wife to use. It had approximately 2300 miles on it. I replaced the gear box and axle and put two new wheels on it. I used a you tube video as a how to replace the gear box and axle and it worked great. My wife is enjoying the use of my old electric golf cart. I am on my second MGi golf cart. I play about 230 rounds a year and would not want to go back to a push cart. Most of the guys in my golf group also have a MGI product. 80% of us walk when we play.

Wasn’t happy with the hood for the bag. Was back to front meaning the high point was where your irons go and the low point where the driver went. Didn’t seem to fit well with gaps front and back . Not sure why you went with it. Fortunately I emailed you and getting the correct one sent out.

Purchased the MGI Navigator only to find out my golf bag (Stand Bag) does not fit. I had to purchase a block and smaller bungee cord to strap the bag on. Bag still isn't right as the top support arms do not come around the bag. Not very happy and may return item where I purchased. Operationally, the cart is outstanding. Overall, Block raises the bag where you can now pull your clubs effectively, but STAND BAGS DO NOT FIT!!!
