“Unfortunately I did not get the henna cone for about a week. I had seen that it was stuck in a warehouse in Florida. When it did finally come to me in a box, it was not chilled or frozen. I put it on my skin and not surpirsingly the staining power was nearly gone and it came out very weak even after following all the instructions and leaving it on my skin for 12 hours. I am sure they are aware that henna paste is a perishable product and after being unfrozen for more than a couple days, the potency can greatly diminish. I do think the delays in shipping most likely contributed to the expired paste I received in the mail.”
“I am very dissatisfied with the henna I received, the first cone I opened had a hair sticking out of it. I messaged them on instagram and never heard back from them about these issues.”
“The product wasn’t as good as I expected from the pictures on your website. I did exactly what you recommended in the directions. However, I am a black woman with their skin in the freckles did not show up. Maybe need a darker henna for black people..”
“The first time I used the henna to make freckles it worked pretty well, but now all of a sudden it’s not working anymore I can keep it on for 3 hours and it doesn’t do anything even though I’m not doing anything different, so I’m not happy.”
“The stencils and paste are nice. However, I was sent the wrong stencil and emailed them asking to correct it. They emailed me back apologizing and said they would send me to correct stencil that I ordered. That was 2 months ago. I emailed again last week asking for an update but have not heard back. I am not happy with their customer service.”
“Was super excited for this. I’m fair skinned and have red hair but I don’t have many natural freckles on my face like I wish. I thought these would look super cute and natural on my skin. I watched tutorial and COVERED my face in little dots. I was kind of afraid I’d look wild. Slept with the henna on over night. They barely showed up!! Really didn’t look like anything at all. Super disappointed :( Cool concept but it was a miss for me.”

I emailed them then I was sent a second package that was destroyed with Henna everywhere when I emailed them again and they have to send me a third package for the third package came without the coconut oil and stencils.”
“Hello the product came pretty quickly however it was very drippy. My wife applied it twice in one day one for 1 hour and then for 2 but we really didn't see any difference. She's fair skinned so we initially thought maybe she did to much but we saw no freckles. Sorry but she was disappointed.”
