“I hate to do this but perhaps I will finally get your attention. My order was placed on Sept. 17, shipped on the 20th but to the wrong address. I have been emailing since then to try to remedy this situation. You only offer email as a communication tool no way to talk to a live person!! No one will respond to me so you was left with no choice but to take it up with the credit card co!

“Im sorry to say I’m a bit disappointed. I’ve been using henna forever and I saw Mihenna And wanted to try it because it was organic. I use the henna on my face and unfortunately, it just doesnt work. I’ve tried multiple times following the directions and leaving on overnight, etc. but the stain is always very light and not really worth all the time it takes to even get a light stain. Given that one MiHenna cone is pricey and you pay for shipping I was really hoping for better results”
“Pretty decent henna, smells fresh and the color was OK but I was hoping that it would have been darker. Comes with instructions on storage and stencils too.”
“I really enjoyed using the henna and the instructions were straightforward. Just BEWARE that two of the three cones I ordered had an extra needle inside and it caused the tip to get clogged and I had to cut it out so now the tip is too wide for fine work. I’m going to try to make it thinner again with more tape but that’s extra work to do for beginners like myself. I also wish the consistency was a bit more fluid but it comes out a little choppy. I’m sure I could have a better technique since I’m new to this but not the most beginner friendly cones. The quality seems good but I just wish it came out a little darker on me. I will just use these cones for practice.”
“This is our first time purchasing and using hemna. This product is good in theory but our first cone kept getting clogged up and needed to be unclogged quite a few times. It made it difficult to practice. The hole at the end seemed too big for smaller designs?We did order 2 cones so hopefully the second one will be different.

“Hi, this was my first time buying from you guys and I would so excited because I absolutely love henna I find it super fun! I received my order from you guys but two things were missing the spatula, coconut oil, extra Stencils , extra henna. I was wondering if I can use regular organic coconut oil such used for cooking and other things? And I would still like what else I ordered that I did not receive.”
