“I applied it twice and it didn’t take either time. Not a single freckle and I wore the henna for 3-4 hours. I wrote customer service and they responded giving me tips. I told them I’d tried it twice (even on my wrist) and requested a refund. It’s been radio silence since then.”

“Didn’t work, customer service nonexistent, still haven’t heard back after a 10 days. The only way to contact them is via email or trying the chat feature - neither of which are responded to. Website looks nice but created in 2023. All are red flags. Thinking this is a scam company.”

“I am giving it a one star because of the poor customer service. My items were shipped promptly and I wasn't able to cancel the items when I realized that they will be delivered after the date that I needed them. I have emailed the twice about returning the item. However, they have failed to respond. I have not heard from them and it has been two weeks.”

“Paid extra money to get a fast delivery. Never got it because apparently my adresse is not precise enough but it’s the same as the last time I ordered. Lost a lot of money and didn’t get the product I paid for.”

“I was very disappointed to find upon opening my package that each tube had leaked out into the bag. Reading we are supposed to freeze the items when they do not arrive with cold packs is very frustrating. I feel so let down & a complete waste of money. I did seek out a quality product & company, but sincerely regret it”
