Do not order jewellery from Michael Kors -the item was faulty and they refused to repair. They have messed us around for months. The item was expensive and we do not have anything to show for it.

Very disappointing. I bought MK purse online & it was a defective piece. Since I bought online I didn't had the paper receipt so when I went to return the bag at Crabtree valley mall they sent me back to come back with paper receipt. so my husband took the paper receipt & went again to return it. This time they said you have a different card so my husband said this is the 2nd time I am coming its very disappointing to see how badly this is being taken care of then they took it back. So I would suggest not to buy online. very poor customer service & bad piece.

Never buying from Michael Kors again, I bought a small bag for traveling from Michael Kors Crabtree mall Raleigh, NC , but I found what what I am looking for at Tory Burch so I decide to return MK bag, the store manager claimed that there is a stain and food crumbs inside the bag to refuse to return it, he is a liar, raciest, white male, the bag did not leave the shopping bag and no stain or crumbs inside ( Check picture)

I received today my mens wallet order from MK and it is a gift for my boyfriend but unfortunately the box of the parcel looks cheap and its almost opened! Like there is no even a box of michaelkors for the wallet itself! Like this is the 1st time I bought and not satisfied about it. I paid for expressed and yet it came morethan 2 weeks lol! What a waste of money then. Not a recommendable to buy online!

Michael kors products is junk. Got a 400 dollars purse and the zipper broke in 3 months. Also got a watch and you have to replace the battery every two to three weeks. This is a true review. Don't waste your money

Hi. This is very shameful I bought a watch for my girlfriend birthday And I been charged 8£ for express delivery Just to get the item quickly and to make it on time I supposed to get the item on 06/12/2022 I called to the costumer service just to ask that I will get it on time that is how i paid the delivery fee and they said sir you don’t have to worry you will get it Guess what? I didn’t get it So I called back to Michael Kors complaining and she said is not on our hand Do you this is fare and reliable?? What the heck yo mean man they treat me like a dumb really unreliable company Now I don’t know where is the item Her birthday it’s gone now, and the day of delivery is expired Please spreads this message to all your colleges and family I’m protesting to this scammer company They have really bad costumer service They won’t help you before the delivery day they will speak nice and when everything messed up they will say it’s on in our hand sorry all you can do is wait So before you spend your money you better think Thief’s Michael Kors is not the right company for online shopping They promised but will not do anything trust me.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! After placing the order I realized it was going to be shipped to my old address so I called to edit the address or cancel completely. They simply told me I had to wait for it to ship to the wrong address then call them. Well, it is being shipped to an old address 2 hours away in another city. The person on the phone told me that’s the policy which is not because I looked up their policy. He refused to read me the policy or put me through with a manager. He just disconnected the call after being on hold for more than 2 hours.

It is the second time when I tried to order a product from Michael Kors Outlet Japan, and after spending hours finding some nice items and being excited to receive them, instead, I get an email from Customer Service saying that I cannot pay with a card that is not under my name. B....t! It is the first time in my life that an online store cancels my order just because I paid with my husband's card and the card is not under my name! But what if I want to pay with my company card, I cannot do this either. This is ridiculous! I don't know if this is only in Japan, but Michael Kors needs to do something about it. Terrible experience, they just lost a good client, as I was a big fan!

Still trying to find out where my delivery is. I paid for express next day delivery however MK is passing the buck to UPS! It is very likely that I will never be buying from Michael Kors again as the delivery process is just complete shambles and no one seems to have correct up to date info!

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my mum on Michael kors global. I purchased a pair of Porter Suede Boot size 40 and a pair of Gideon Logo Tape Faux Leather Mules size 40, which Ib paid nearly $800 for. I was disappointed to receive a pair of white sneakers by DHL. I have been trying to get them to send me the correct order to no avail. They keep sending us very generic responds with no proper outcome. You can see the shoes that I have received. This is appalling for such a big brand to do this to its customers.

Terrible customer service. why are you accepting orders If you can't deliver the right product? I purchased two items online last week but received the wrong items. I have no time to return them and then engage on the phone. All I say is that I will not be purchasing Michael Kors products online, delivering the wrong products is cheating and you did it purposely, it's no mistake. AR Mississauga

The quality of the shoes is zero, I bought a sports shoes a few months ago from Michael kors store for $80 ( after 50% off). The leather started to tear out after 3 months. I called the customer service and they said they can do anything about it except repair it because there is no warranty. I think the name of a brand is a warranty, I am always ready to pay more money for a good brand because it supposed to be worth it . But it is so petty that such famous brand have such low quality. Don’t trust them.

I purchased a purse and 4 months later the lining tore. I have several MK purses. I sent pictures at the request of Customer service (3 times). I was then advised that I needed to send the purse back for inspection. If it was a manufacturers defect the would fix the purse (Sorry, fix?) or replace (that is what a good company does). If it determined not to be a manufacturers defect they send it back with an "oh well". I called and had to ask for a supervisor 3 times and 20 minutes later a spoke with someone who said, sorry that's how it works. So to recap... I send it back (mail time 5-7 days), wait for a decision (2-3 days, wait for repair (unacceptable option)or replace (2-3day), mail my purse back (5-7 days. Not very convenient for the customer, espicially for a purse that is four months old...never again. I would never have anticipated the tear in the purse or that after 4 months I would have an issue getting satisfaction. Will never buy another MK purse again. You. need to reexamine how you treat your customer...especially the loyal ones

Received a Michael Kors watch that I purchased for a gift. I opened up the package and found the front stone is missing. Called customer service to see if I can get one from another store since it was bought at a mk store. They would not let you return it, instead, they want me to ship it back and wait up to 30 days for a refund. I paid $480.00 for a crappy quality along with the worst customer service. They do not sell quality merchandise nor do they care once they have your money. I called my credit card company right away and sent the return info and pictures. Do not buy anything from Michael Kors

Michael Kors have beautiful collection but their smart watches aren't great at all: The battery has such Short live which is unavailable even for their own repair team and the customer service doesn't even compete or measured with such a high-value brand at all. I m very disappointed with MK watches and very frustrated w their repair team and their "Customer Care" team I guess what I m trying to say is: MK Smart watches may last for 12 months if you are lucky. After that, they can't help with it all should you have any problems as their equipment is suddenly outdated instead they will make you to have replacement as "kind gesture" so you pay more money. I recommend you to think twice before you purchase bcuz as great as MK is with other stuff like bags etc their smart watches aren't that compatible. My advice is do Not buy their smart watches unless you don't mind spending money for commodities with short life battery and don't mind not having any technical support from MK.

I had a very good experience when I went to the store,but online is another story. I wanted to purchase a purse and a pair of sneakers. I put them in the basket and when trying to pay, it just freezed. After many attempts, I gave up. Next day, tried again and surprise: the sneakers were not with the same price. From 99$ the day before, they were 169$. I called costumer service & after a lot of questions of identification & letting me wait, all I got as an answer was a cold ' can't do anything about it. That's the price now.". Is this a joke? I still purchased the purse, a little more than 400$ ( I had to use my store credit)and got the same sneakers for 99$ at Browns, but I've decided to never buy again from them.
