Love the collections, and being able to order in-store or online and return to store. I'm a big fan of the knitted dresses for travelling with work (they fold up nicely, don't crease, don't take up too much space). Rapid delivery, beautifully packed.

Fantastic, helpful staff. Didn't pressure me into buying anything, but were very honest about what suited me, and I came away with two beautiful dresses I'm really happy with. The quality of the clothes is also very good, and whilst not cheap, are reasonable for quality clothes

I live in AU, I wasn't expecting my parcel will arrived in less than 7 days but it did. Both shoes are good in condition. I feel sorry for those who've had a bad experience, hopefully it'll be taken action upon. After all MK will be nothing without buyers | customers. As a Customer Care Associate myself, it's not always resolving the issue, it's educating them in a nice way and provide options 😉 I hope these customers who've voiced out their opinion will be taken care of. xoxo

I ordered a watch from the Michael kors online store and got the watch I needed to links taking out so took in to the nearest store that was a hour away get they tell me they can't take no links out cause I didn't purchases it from them that I had to take it somewhere else so I asked what the difference in me buying it and having it sent to the store and need links taking out the she go to say we don't sale that watch in the store so if I mess it up we don't have one to replace it so I left and called the customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes so he can tell me to take it to a Michael kors store lol I told him what they said and he tells me to take it to another store that works on watches or I can send it back to them lol so I will not be buy another Michael kors watch

They don't contact you back. You can call and speak with anyone very frustrating. Even the chat with someone does not work.

Poor customer service. I ordered a purse for my mom and I've been trying to come in contact with a representative regarding my order (I've been sending them emails for 3 days now) and I still haven't received a response or my package... Terrible costumer service.

BEWARE! I never imagine to receive poor expectation coming from a luxury store brand like Michael Kors in Georgia. This is an unpleasant experience receiving one shipment not gift wrapped. The shoe appeared dirty and poorly boxed. I am stunned and disappointed, especially when this is a gift. The next day arrive my other shipment and the second pair of shoe in the shoe box was poorly packed. Terrible! I did reach out about the first shipment with the attached photos to express my concerns and request a resolution. The form of compensation I received was the option for a ten-percent discount on the price and $5.00 refund on the gift wrap. The next day I receive my other shipment and the shoe in the box was also poorly boxed. I don't think I will continue to support Michael Kors brand, there's so much bad reviews, I should have paid attention.

Awful!! I called MK today with a question. The rep. Adriana, I hope she didn't lie about her name, had no answer to any of my questions. I wasn't allowed to talk to the manager because she was busy. The rep seemed half a sleep and after every second word, she would go silent for no reason. I did not expect this service from MK at all.

I brought a purse in the emblem broke off and they gave me a hard time about getting it replaced..it’s still not replaced…I will not purchase anything else from this company ever!!!

Horrible Customer Service at Woodburn, Oregon MK outlet We went to the MK outlet store in Woodburn, Oregon on April 29, 2024 at 6.30 pm, I had a HORRIBLE experience! I wanted to buy a bag strap, and I asked for a new one. The lady that helped me said that the one on the display is just the same! And I said I wanted the new one that not on the display (and this is very common that customers ask for new products that not on display. And even many times at a store they put the sign “display only” with the special price). I repeated to ask for the new one, and she also kept saying the same thing, that the one on display is just the same! After I insisted she reluctantly gave me the new one. I went to the cashier to pay, and I told the cashier that I want to give feed back..and you know what, she just directly went on “defensive mode” by saying that the one on display is just the same! And I said again that customers are king, and customers have the right to ask for the one not on display. And then she argued what if they don’t have the new one? I said then it’s a different case! She said again display is just the same, just like when you buy at grocery! Whattt? They compare MK store to a grocery store?? What a great customer service!! The customer service is so horrible, so rude and so defensive! We will not go back to that store again! To the owner of the store, please listen to all these complains here…

I don't recommend this company. I have yet to receive my order and my delivery date keeps changing. Customer service is stuck on repeat, USPS has said they haven't received the package, and MK's rep is saying they have. Haven't had an update on the package since 4/6/24. Totally unprofessional, I will never order from them again.

I buy this bag last year. I have been use for a couples time because is yes for special occasions but las times I seed the bag is star ripped off on buttons sidelying and the is for life because is lather but is no strong enough..

I purchased multiple pairs of shoes one pair the sole is coming off of a brand new loafer and MK is refusing to fix it or replace it. I will not be purchasing their products on the future. I have an extensive line of MK products purses & shoes. I purchase a MK watch for Christmas for my fiance' but I'm finished with their product. There Site is NOT allowing me to attach the picture.

Worst return I have ever experienced. I know more then the representative. She insisted I had to return to FedEx because it was sent that way. I told her it is always Ups. She insisted it had to go to FedEx. We drove 30 miles out of our way round-trip to be sent to UPS 2 miles from our house. When I contracted customer service to tell them my experience they presucceed to tell me it is always UPS. Really! I told your representative that and she insisted they changed and sent me a ups label to use at FedEx. I will never shop MK again. They no longer have the customer service or quality! I wish I could give them a negative 0.
