“I never write reviews but for now his site I'm going to, I was checking out with my items the site kept telling me my card was invalid && there was a problem with my order, I tried twice and gave up the check my card balance && the site charged me twice for both transactions it was telling me failed !! I message the customer service email && you get someone new every time you respond who acts like they know nothing about what was going on asking for *extra* information. I was just a lot of back and fourth I eventually got my money back 2 1/2 weeks later. although it didn't take them 21/2 weeks to take my Money && lie about it. I will never order again !!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received my order 2 days ago and they sent me the WRONG SIZES. I emailed them about it and they told me I can send the clothes back for a refund BUT NOW I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE. PLUS I had to pay $32 to fedex for customs fees to even get the clothes. AVOID THIS COMPANY, they will make mistakes and ask you to pay for it afterwards. I was so excited to wear my birthday outfit but now I’ll have to spend even more money for a new outfit. SO DISAPPOINTING.”

“NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE...I ORDERED A TOP IN FEB. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE, I SENT IT BACK IN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ITEM AND HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE ITEM OR MY MONEY AND IT IS NOW THE END OF MARCH GOING INTO APRIL. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN.”

“This company is horrible. The product is not at all what is shown on the website. The customer services is slow and unhelpful. Overall would never order from them again. My dress came and there was a defect and the quality of the material was horrible.”

“This company is awful. They sent me incorrect item and I sent it back and now they are issuing me with partial refund!! Like wtf!! I have had to contact my bank to reverse the transaction! Disgraceful customer service!! Never again!”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!! They will email you back and forth pretending that there was a mix up and your items never dispatched from the ware house they will create a FedEx label for shipping and then cancel it. You will never get your stuff STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!”

“Missguided are only getting one star because that's the minimum permitted. If I could leave no stars, I would do. Item arrived late on Monday, despite paying extra for a Saturday delivery on the previous Wednesday. The item was returned for a refund using the returns label provided - and was returned to us with no explanation two weeks later. I complained to Missguided and got no reply. Having left a poor review on Trustpilot, I received a reply promising that our case would be examined quickly. Like hell - we haven't heard a thing since. These people cannot be trusted - DO NOT USE MISSGUIDED unless you have a psychological impairment that can only be alleviated by being fleeced by scumbags.”

“They are complete SCAMMERS!!! If you live in the US DO NOT order from here!! I ordered two dresses Feb.2 and was expecting them for Vday it is now Mar2 and haven't received a THING!! I asked for a refund they claim they gave me a refund and they HAVE NOT! And on top of that my bank told me my information has been 'compromised'! THANK YOU MISSGUIDED For a COMPLETE HEADACHE! I have never had such a horrible experience! The customer service is AWFUL they could care less!!! BTW they don't have a phone number everything is through email! BEWARE...I wasted over a $100.00 and didn't receive my money or parcel!”

“The Worst Service ever!!! You will be charged customs fees as much as a half of your order, even if you return most of the items back! The company doesn't care about it! Because it's not their problem! They won't even notify you about any fees..oh and they are sorry that you didn't read it from their website. The company doesn't care about you!!!”

“Misguided is a sam site, i ordered form them after watching a youtube video and now i regret it so much. My order was never processed so i looked for a contact number and all i found was a email. The email address they provided has no association with the actual site. after emailing them over 100 times i put a dispute on the charges and the next day they emailed me saying my items had been shipped. I checked the website and the fux fur coat i had ordered was removed and they charged me $13 in shipping and have yet to refund the difference. Im so annoyed with this website. I wish i had never ordered for there.”

“There's no customer service number. Only contact through emails. They don't provide tracking information and even when ordering through the US website, you still must convert sizes. Shipping literally takes forever too. The website works correctly maybe 1 out of 5 tries. There's always an issue when it comes to adding items to your cart. There's always complains on IG photos. It's not fair to the consumer. This is the worst site I've ever ordered from and I do 90% of my shopping online. I really want to like this store but until the website works correctly and faster shipping, I'm staying away”

“Please save yourself some trouble and do not order from this company. They will take your money. They sent me a very cheap dress that was not the correct size. I had to pay to send it back hoping that I would get a refund. Well, they sent me the dress back. They were not able to tell me why. Their customer care is extremely automated and there is no one to contact to help you. It's like playing a game trying to get in touch with a supervisor because they will not allow it. Pleaseeeeee do notttt order anything. The clothes are cute but 9/10 they won't fit properly/ you'll be stuck with the poor merchandise/ or you may not receive it at all.”

“I never write reviews but left this was a company people had to be warned about, so if you are reading this thinking about making a purchase do not do it, save your money and spend it elsewhere. Terrible company! Poor quality clothing for the amount charged (items aren't the same quality you could expect when viewing the photos online)! The worst customer services I have ever received when purchasing goods online. Slow delivery process and when goods do not arrive, do not expect a refund unless you have paid via paypal. When it comes to returning goods they claim they have not arrived and will not issue a refund. Tips if you do decide to use this ridiculous company... Always pay via paypal Always returned items by tracked postage”

“THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. TOOK WEEKS FOR ITES TO ARRIVE TO NYC- SIZES WERE TOO LARGE SO I REORDERED- ENDED UP RETURNING BOTH SETS OF ORDERS - $85 DOLLARS EACH. NO LUCK IN GETTING MY MONEY OR ANY TYPE OF CREDIT BACK AND THIS WAS AN ORDER PLACED IN THE SUMMER. IT IS NOW JANUARY. OUTRAGEOUS. WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF NECESSARY. OUT OF SHEER PRINCIPAL.”

“I have ordered from Missguided five times and out of those times I have returned two items. The company's return policy is extremely frustrating and needs to be revamped. This first time I retuned an item it took four months for the money to be returned to my account, absolutely unacceptable. The most recent return was very upsetting. I had ordered a coat that was too big and sent it back the day after it was received to the New York, NY address. However, Missguided customer service representatives claimed that the package was not received. I have friends who have ordered from here and have had the same experience. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt from USPS with the proof of postage, however, I sent them my bank statement with the USPS transaction and label number on it and that was not enough. Now I have wasted $93. I will NEVER order from this company again.”
