Ordered items from missguided for next day delivery on the 15th of july today it is now the 19th and still havnt recieved my order. Very annoyed as I am leaving the country today. Missguided are very unreliable with delivery services and I most deffinetly will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered next day delivery on Wednesday morning for my parcel to get here on the Thursday for a special event . I received an email saying they are experiencing delivery delays so will be here the day after . Guess what still didn't and haven't received it ! And now they have said 2 of the items are out of stock ! When they wasn't when I ordered ! It is Monday tomorrow so if I don't receive them tomorrow that's 5 days late ! Terrible service

Consistently late deliveries even though Missguided has changed from Yodel, who are notoriously rubbish, to another courier. When you do complain about the late delivery you get a measly 10% discount off your next order, which when I have gone to use, often never works! Most recently I returned a skirt within the specified 14 days, however, I received an email notifying me it was beyond the return date so they would be sending it back. I emailed the customer service team to let them know I returned the goods in time and that I can produce evidence by way of a post office receipt. The next day when I received an email back asking for the receipt, the goods had been returned already. It seems there is a complete lack of communication between anyone in the this company and when they do mess up the customers should be pleased with 10% discount off their next order... When it's quite obviously just a ploy to entice you to shop again with.

Seriously almost each time I've ordered something with this company there's been an issue. This time they sent me some random dress instead of the leather pants I ordered. The pants are now out of stock so too bad for me. Hopeless customer service also, just said return it back??? Gee thanks. Also asked about a size of a particular item and had no clue. They always offer a crappy 10% off next order each time they stuff up. No thanks no more shopping at Missguided for me.

Fed-ex notified me that my order was Cancelled so I had to email Missguided to get information because they did charge my card. I thought the problem ended there but after they finally gave me a new tracking number And I received my items I decided to return an item . Never received my refund for the item. Should had listened to the reviews . First time shopping at this site and will never do it again!

I Made a return 4 monthes ago, even received a confirmation that my package was received and still no refund....bunch of thieves!! And they do not responde....don't waste your time or money !

Never in my life will I order from here again!! I had shoes in the wrong size so I returned them which I had to pay for and it was around 15-20 bucks, I live in Texas. So through this whole process which took a month they are still messing up. And u Can not get ahold of anyone on the phone, only through emails. Very frustrating. I paid 40 for the shoes and 15-20 to return and they only gave me 35 back!!! This place is a joke!

RUBBISH! Staff are completely incompetent and clearly unable to read. I ordered a skirt in a size 14 and was sent a size 10. I was so annoyed because I needed the skirt for a night out for the following night. I messaged Missguided on Facebook and clearly asked them if they could send a replacement for the next day. Couldn't do this without sending them proof of delivery once I'd returned the item. Bearing in mind this was 8PM, what post offices are open at that time?! I needed the skirt for the next day! So I just thought I'd just buy the skirt AGAIN and HOPE they actually send the right size. How could they make the same mistake twice? Right?... WRONG! Again, the skirt arrived the next day IN A SIZE 10. I HAD ORDERED A SIZE 14. I was absolutely fuming. Are the staff that idiotic to get a size 10 mixed up with a size 14? To do it twice aswell? Crazy. Again, I messaged them on facebook and waited a few hours for their reply. Not very apologetic but offered 20% my next order. Do they really think I'm likely to order again? LOL What a joke!! Stay away from Missguided if you want last minute purchases. They need a customer service telephone line, seems like they need it with so many complaints they get!

Shocking! I will never order from this site or company ever again. I ordered 2 products - a pair of trousers and a pair of shoes and paid for delivery. I had received nothing 3 days later so emailed to ask the expected date of delivery ....It took a full day for a reply. When I was then told that the trousers were out of stock so they had been cancelled and a refund would take 5 working days. I then asked about the shoes ....and was told that order had not yet been processed. I was given the choice to wait another 5 days for the order to be processed and a further 3-5 days for it to be delivered OR re-order the product and pay for next day delivery. What a joke!!! I asked to cancel the whole order and for a full refund to be issued. I received an email back saying "ok, will do". Absolutely no sense of professionalism or customer service. 0/10. Never again!

they wasted my time I ordered something in stock and chose 3-5 days delivery it wasn't dispatched until the 5th day and then they tell me one of the items isn't in stock anymore. DISGUSTING AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered clothes from Missguided on a Monday, and selected the next day delivery option so that I'd have them for the Friday at the latest, before I went on holidays. After waiting for two days, and bring unable to track my order, I sent them an email asking where my package was only to then be notified that there was a problem with my order and that it wouldn't arrive here in time. I was offered no refund on the €10 I spent on next day delivery and was only offered a small discount on my next order. I'm sorry misguided, but after such an awful delivery service there won't be a next time. So disappointed at their false advertising.

I am a USA customer and I returned 2 items to them on May 26, 2015. Today is June 24, 2015 AND I STILL DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION THAT MY ITEMS WERE RECEIVED OR MY REFUND! I have sent countless emails to CustomerHelp@Missguided.co.uk. One email said asked for proof of delivery so I sent a screen shot of my US Post office receipt! I also showed a screen shot from the US Post office showing the package was SUCCESSFULLY delivered to their company in New York and IN THEIR CUSTODY. Another email said, "wait until it arrives in the UK" . Another email said wait until June 24, which is WELL BEYOND THE 15 DAY RETURN PROCESS PLUS THE EXTRA 72 HOURS FOR PROCESSING MORE THAN ONE ITEM. Its been a month and this company failed to return my $65 dollars. This company is horrible and I will be sure to tell the EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!

This company is terrible. The quality of clothing is average and the sizing is all over the shop. I purchased a dress and it didn't fit so I sent it back and bought the next size up. It was pretty much the exact same in size, and felt even smaller than the first dress which is bizarre. I am still waiting for my refund for the first item and it has been over 4 weeks. Please please please do not buy anything from this website.

I ordered next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later. The dress wasn't very good quality and it wasn't at all what it looked like online. Very disappointing. I would not recommend the website again.
