Has anybody else returned something to missguided & they deducted an adjustment fee with no explanation what for??? Absolutely shocking - sent two parcels back, they've deducted 2.50 for return delivery & a further £25.66!! Asked what this was for & got told 'sorry you've been overcharged on your adjustment fee, will re credit £12.86' is this a joke??

I received the a wrong top. I requested for the correct item to be shipped, and to send return labels so I could mail back the incorrect item. In the first e-mail that I received, they did not address any of the concerns I had. It was automated and all the information that was available was that I could receive a full refund if I mailed back the item with my own money. I sent a response stating why I was paying additionally and how I could receive the correct item. They basically claimed they could not do anything to help me with postage and would only amend their mistake if I sent back their item. Practically giving me no option other than to pay postage and receive store credit on the money sent to get my order corrected. That's just unacceptable. I understand if it was my fault or I had wanted an exchange due to something being incorrect on my end but holding the buyer responsible for their company mistakes is horrible conduct. Plus receiving an automated response to your e-mail inquiries when the customer is addressing issues they have with their order is horrible customer service. I would not recommend shopping with them. Even if the items are decent upon arrival, any type of issues you have with them will be glazed over and it will not be resolved fairly. I have sent my dispute to PayPal. Know your rights as a consumer and do NOT let companies like this take your money.

This is my first time ordering from this company and will surely be my last. I bought 10 items expressed shipped for a vaca I was going on. First they messed up my invoice sent to customs so it delayed my shipment by a day, ok no big deal. The quality of clothes was decent. I just had issues with sizing on 3 items, so they needed to be returned. The company states that the customer has to pay for returns. I go to fedex and they tell me just to ship back 3 items it amounted to $150. I contact the company to let them know that I'm not paying that that's absolutely ridiculous. Their response was to pay it and they will refund me, that's it. No that's unacceptable. Why would you tell someone to pay that ! Instead they should have said they will send me a paid return postage. But after emailing constantly with no response I'm pretty fed up! They purposely only give you an email address as their only means of communication for a reason because they are very unprofessional. They don't want to deal with issues head on! Then today I get an invoice from Fedex saying I owe $50 for customs and duty fees. My thing is I see that it was stated in their shipping policy after the fact but why wouldn't you let the customer know as a courtesy once they complete checkout that they have to pay that if their order is more than $200. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN OVERSEAS COMPANY EVER!

Bad. Ordered a dress on a Thursday at around 18:00/19:00 and opted for next day delivery as it was my birthday the next day and I was still in the time frame for eligibility for next day delivery - so I paid £5.00 extra. Waited at home the next day up until about 17:00 when there was still no sign of the dress - I had an email the day before saying it had been dispatched so I was patiently waiting. until I got another email about 18:00 saying the dress will be delivered on the Saturday the day after! I was fuming I had to go out in the rain to go and get a last minute dress! No apologies or explanation as to why it was late - I contacted them to get a refund and was told I would be deducted money from my refund as it needed to cover postage cost to send it back! outraged! first and last time I will be using Missguided !! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered from Miss Guided on 28th July 2015. I purchased three items and selected next day delivery as in a few days I was going on holiday. I purchased these items (bikinis) in hope to take them on holiday with me. My package never showed up within the time I had left before going on holiday. I contacted Customer Help and all they could offer me was a 10% discount off my next purchase, which is not helpful to me at all as I get that anyway with Unidays. I then went on holiday and hoped when I came back that I would have received my packaged from Miss Guided, however I didn't. I contacted Customer Help again and they advised me to fill out a disclaimer form which I did and I asked if they would be able to re dispatch my items, as I still wanted them. I was informed that they would be dispatched via next day delivery. However two days later I emailed again to see the status of my package and they told me sorry, the person didn't dispatch the items and did it today, Saturday 15th August. I then received an order confirmation and only TWO items were listed when I had ordered and PAID for THREE. I emailed several times asking the Customer Help team why there were only two listed and I still haven't got a response. I AM NEVER ORDERING FROM MISS GUIDED AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Bought a top from there for £8 and got a refund of £3 when the top looked nothing like the one on the website, will probably never order from there again

Can not believe the service of missguided. I ordered 2 tops and a pair of shorts 2 weeks ago. For one they forgot the top out of my delivery, and two they sent me the wrong shorts. It is a pain getting in touch with the service who take 24 hours to reply when some times it is an emegergency (I needed the shorts for my holiday). So I send the shorts back to be exchanged and a week later I receive a new package WITH THE WRONG SHORTS AGAIN! Such bad service, they are meant to be a worldwide fashion store but they are clearly not well organised enough to get people's deliveries right.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I understand we are all human and make mistakes but this was next level. I bought three items with express shipping a couple months ago and am still dealing with it. First they sent me my package weeks after the scheduled date I paid for, I didn't mind I was just excited to receive my items. I paid full duties and taxes for these items only to open up the package and realize inside was only one of my items. I searched everywhere for contact information to realize they had none besides an email in which the response time was days to no response at all. Eventually they apologized and said they would express shipping the rest. When I received the second package (also weeks later) again there was only one item. Mad and confused I continued emailing... They apologized and offered me %10 off next order.... Finally about a month later I received a notice saying if I wanted my item I would have to come to the fed ex main office (30 minutes away from my home) and pay $40 to receive my item. Furious I sent an email saying I just simply wanted my money back and they could keep the last item. They never responded. I kept emailing and finally they said that if I wanted a refund that would be fine... But I would have to pay the duties and taxes to return it to their UK office. All the duties and taxes got charged to my card (over $100) and I still never received a refund for my last item or an apology from them. I would never take the time to complain or put negativity out there but I just am hoping no one else ever has to deal with what this company has put me through.

I thought I was getting things on sale and after I ordered noticed that the sale prices were NOT the sale prices. After contacted Missguided several times and even provided the link showing the price they refused to give me a refund of the price difference! Clearly false advertising the sale! I was told that I had to pay the prices that were in the cart. Seriously what kind of company is this! I finally gave up getting my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BEYOND WHAT I'VE EVER SEEN!

A false accusation that I hade made dirty marks on an item I was returning was made by Misguided. I had brought a few pairs of white trousers from several online sites with the intention of sending the ones I didn't like back and so obviously I took the greatest care when trying them on. I had no issues from the other companies I sent trousers back to but misguided came to the conclusion that I had made a dirty mark on theirs. They did send the trousers back to be free of charge after not giving me the option of a refund, exchange or credit note. After inspecting the trousers on return to me the mark that appears to be a water mark was not there when I made the initial return. Very disappointed. I will not be using the site again and will also be discouraging others to use the site also.

Missguided is the worst company i have ever had the displeasure or dealing with. Order ordered co-ords shorts and top, I received the correct shorts but a random bright orange bikini top (worth no more than £3) I was left with 2 useless items of clothing. I contacted them over a week ago regarding the issue, They said i would need to return the bikini top and wait for the item to be sent out, I advised i was going on holiday on tuesday and needed this sorted asap. They again advised they could be of no help. I then replied advising this was their fault not mine and i need the item, They then advised for me to send a picture of the bikini top and they would send the correct item before my holiday. I sent a picture of the bikini top, they replied stating sorry it would take 5 days to get the item to you so they couldn’t get it to me before my holiday. I looked online and realised the item was actually out of stock, So the whole of our communication was lies. I stated i would like a refund for all of this inconvenience, They will still not refund me until they receive the worthless bikini top back that they sent me in error. Absolutely disgusting, not an ounce of help in them. I am away so i will not be able to return for a refund until two weeks... Then it will be too late to receive a refund... BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BOOHOO DO SIMILAR ITEMS AND HAVE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE HAPPY TO HELP UNLIKE MISSGUIDED, I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE USING THESE AGAIN.

I placed an order on July 13th. I made sure I placed my order with enough anticipation so that I would have it by the 26 which is the day I was celebrating my birthday. I received my package on the 18th. Guess what? Wrong size. I got in contact with the company. The representative instructed me to return the skirt and send an image of the postage once the item was shipped. I sent the picture of the postage on the 20th. A representative responded saying it would take 5 days to sort out before shipping the correct size and it would be in my best interest to place a new order under express shipping. I would be refunded on the skirt I returned and the charges for the express shipping. I was hesitant but I placed the order on the 21st . I should have received the skirt no later than the 23rd. I made an order and paid for next day delivery. Mid way through the morning of delivery I receive an email telling me my package hasn't been dispatched and that I will receive it the following day. The following day comes and I receive another email apologising because one of my items is out of stock, but still no sign of the parcel. Finally I chase it up and they tell me it has been dispatched and is with the courier service, out for delivery the FOLLOWING day. The next day comes and I click on the tracking link, however no tracking info is found. I sent the company 5 emails and after hearing nothing I called the courier company to check the whereabouts of my package, only to be told they have no packages for my address. So on 3 occasions I have been told my package will arrive the following day, the third time I was lied to by Missguided who claimed the courier now had my package in their possession. I have contacted my bank and had the charges refunded into my account. Should the parcel turn up at any point it will be turned away. Disgusting service, do not use them.

Missguided is an absolute joke! My parcel never turned up so they sent me a disclaimer form via email, I stated that I didn't have any way for filling out the form & returning it to them & was basically told 'tough' So I managed to get hold of my mums laptop after a few days, sent the form back and then was told 'no you need to hand sign the form' so what about people that don't have a computer and don't have a printer?! I've lost £26 through no fault of my own and I'm fuming!! Never will I ever shop there again! I give them 0 stars!!

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. The site looks great, the clothes are sold at an average price. Due to those reasons, I didn't suspect Missguided to be a sketchy website before placing a $150 order. I was supposed to receive my clothes days before my birthday. Welp, birthday is gone and my clothes aren't here. I was told I was high risk and that they would need to see my drivers license and a bank statement to confirm my identidy AFTER THEY SO PROMPTLY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I thought it was risky, but I did it anyway and was told everything checked out and I would receive my clothes. Now, I have been told since I never provided my information my order has been cancelled. WTF? I'm emailing back and forth and getting these generic responses and no one is helping rectify this issue. I was told to reorder the clothes. You still have my money and I am not going to throw away an additional $150. I am so furious and disappointed.

Order an item for next day Delivery it never arrived I had to contact Missguided through Twitter to find out. Still have no item also they can not tell me when my arrive absolutely terrible service and a lot of my clients have experienced problems with Missguided I will stick to ASOS

Stay away from this website! You pay for your items, then they tell you they are not available and only refund half your money! They then tell you that they have posted the other stuff but give out FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS!! MISSGUIDED = STUPID TWATS! - SCAMMERS - SCAMMERS

AVOID: Supposed to be next day delivery didn't arrive. Hasn't left their warehouse yet but I now need to wait for it to arrive & then apply for refund to get my €230 back?!!! I won't even be there to take the delivery
