I payed £5 for next day delivery they could not fulfill this they then tried to deliver the next day when there was no one to sign for it the tracking details don't work so i cant see where my order is but their website is saying it has been delivered i don't know where to and the customer service team have not replied to any of my emails for over 48 hours. do NOT order from here the customer service, delivery and quality of the items are not worth the hassle!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY - THEY DO NOT DELIVER, THEY FAIL TO RESPOND TO EMAILS, YOU CANNOT TALK TO THEM ON THE PHONE AND THEY DELAY REFUNDS FOR MONTHS - THEY ARE CROOKS BASED IN MANCHESTER. I LUCKILY USED PAYPAL AND THEY SORTED THEM OUT IN DOUBLE QUICK TIME. BUY FROM ASOS, BOO HOO, AMAZON, MISS SELFRIDGE....ANYONE ELSE BUT NOT THESE CROOKS!

The worst company I have ever bought from. Next day delivery? NO such thing! Delivery turning up in seven days? IF your lucky! Refund given without constantly having to email asking where your money is and it taking FOUR WEEKS to receive? LIKELY! I really don't know what's happened but this is not an acceptable way to treat customers. wrongly advertising next day delivery is one thing but holding money for returned items is just ridiculous!! Hire more staff because clearly your short staffed, either that or the people you do have working for you are incredibly incompetent!

i ordered 7 items last night and paid $138 and they have already sent my email confirm but then the next email said they will only send me 1 item still charge me $170 in my bank account and i have sent them several emails but still hear no respond. does anyone know missguided phone number or sth that i can contact since clearly they wont bother check email after they took my money.

Order One: I order next day delivery on a Friday night - NO SIGN OF IT - I email on the Tuesday as it has still not arrived to be told 'if I still want it it will take 5 workings days to process and then it will be dispatched' (even though it was next day delivery I asked for) I decline and say ' 'I'm quicker re-ordering and paying for next day delivery again' to then be told 'two of the things you ordered are not in stock in the size you wanted' So basically Missguided took the money out of my account knowing they did not have my sizes and hoped I would just wait.....I recived a refund and giving them the benefit of the doubt I thought I will try once more so I ordered Two days later: Order 2: some other things and clicked once again 'next day delivery' and to my boyfriends address down south.....ONCE AGAIN it failed to show the following day, I then had a call from the courier on Saturday to say it would not be arriving Saturday as their delivery driver had called in sick. I was going back home to Scotland from down South on the Sunday so Monday delivery was no option and the only thing I could do was change my delivery until the following Wednesday, today is now Wednesday and I have waited in until 6pm when the latest time they deliver and it has not shown.....I have then went out and came home to a letter to rebook saying the earliest day I can get it is now Friday....ONE WHOLE WEEK AFTER IT WAS DUE TO BE DELIVERED!! I have now asked Missguided to get in touch with their courier and send it back to them as I will not be available Friday and it's too late. Completely unacceptable and recommend that you shop elsewhere before using this company unless you have weeks to wait for your next day delivery.

Ordered on the Monday afternoon for next day delivery and 2 days later I still HAVENT got my parcel!! After several emails to missguided and phone calls costing over the odds to the delivery company.. I got NOTHING!!! Terrible service from both companies and will 100% never order from missguided again. I'm not the only person this has happened to within the last few weeks/month either.. POOR SERVICE.. and to top it all off, missguided have put their delivery prices up!!!!!!!!!!!! The cheek of it..

Truly disappointed in missguided, I had heard great things about them. I ordered a bodysuit from them and was sent the wrong item, fortunately they did return my emails, gave me a refund, said I didn't have to send back the incorrect item, and have apparently shipped the correct one (although I have yet to get it so it could still be the wrong one). Strangely enough, the bodysuit that they sent me is not even up on their website, I do not know where it came from. After having the good experience with their customer service, I ordered a pair of boots and was extremely irritated to find that they sent me THE WRONG BOOTS! The boots are not at all what was pictured, and on top of that they are not even my size. I have contacted them about this and have yet to hear back. Do NOT order from them, they clearly do not care about sending their customers the correct things, because this is twice now that they have sent me the wrong thing, and it could be even more if they don't send me the correct thing the second time. VERY bad.

Unfortunately I did not check the reviews for this company before dropping £100 on 6 different items. Below I will review all aspects of my unnecessarily long dealings with Missguided. Delivery: I qualified for next day delivery for my order. When the following day rolled around I woke up to an email their 'pixies' are busy, my delivery won't be coming that day. I didn't mind too much seeing as I didn't have to pay for it and I wasn't in too much of a rush. Oh, and don't expect any sort of tracking of your order because it is virtually non existent. My order finally came the following day (it seems I was lucky it came at all, based on other reviews) and what do you know, two items are missing. No email, no correspondence to state they were out of stock. Just weren't in my package or my invoice however PayPal states I've been fully charged for my order. What? Customer Service: At this point I look on their website to find a customer service number and low and behold they don't have one. RED FLAG. If a company literally cannot operate a customer service line due to the vast amount of complaints, then they seriously need to re evaluate their systems. I head on over to their Facebook page. Wow. This is where I recommend you look if you are considering ordering with this company. The Holy Grail of customer complaints. I scrolled for a good 30 minutes and did not see one positive comment, simply complaint after complaint. I sent a Facebook message, and while I cannot knock the Customer Service advisors, they were all polite in every correspondence with me, their answers were ridiculous. I asked where the two missing items were and was told they were out of stock and they have refunded me. Okay great, except I checked their website again and they were still in stock to which they replied with 'Oh yes, they are in stock now.' ...? They offered me 20% off if I wanted to order the items again. No Thanks. Returns: I decided to return the items they did in fact send me in hopes of a refund. I didn't receive any sort of confirmation they had received my returns but instead some random incorrect amount refunded back into my account. After speaking with 3 different customer service advisors to explain it wasn't the correct amount. (I mean, your customers shouldn't have to sit there with a calculator to figure out their own returns) They gave me a breakdown of my return. They had refunded me for all products bar 2.. the two that they had not refunded me were in the same box as the rest of the product they had refunded me? One of which being a massive shoe box. I have no idea what kind of returns system they have but someone needs glasses. I'm still waiting on my refund but I'm not holding my breath. Incredibly long story short, don't waste your time, energy or money on this joke of a company. They are all clueless.

Rather than spending all their finance on advertisement on the t.v maybe they should infest some money into good quality staff and customer service care, so they are able to deal with the orders coming in! The worst company I have ever ordered off of! Ordered two sizes of the same dress on the standard delivery. A few days after placing the order I received and email to say we're sorry your order will be with you a day later than planned, then shortly after i revived another email to say your order has been closed ? No explanation at all, I get a notification through PayPal that I'm receiving a refund from miss guided ?!? So I check online to see if the item is out of stock and the items are still there. I wouldn't be so annoyed but I really wanted the dress for my birthday and was going to use my student discount to receive 25% as it was the time of the student events etc but received 30% of for being a new customer (even more of a bargain). Obviously now if I am to re order the dress I won't receive either! I've tried calling the customer service number and when you press option one for the customer line you receive an automated voice note saying to check online in regards to your orders. Is it that bad that you can't provide a customer help line !

I am extremely disappointed in Missguided.com I placed an order on a Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery as I had occasion on the Friday night, I did not receive my item in time and when I tracked it they said my address what not found (I got delivery to my school were I work which I have received many deliveries before this one) there was no contact number for misguided and im very frustrated with the lack in good customer service! I WILL NOT be ordering from them again and im expecting a FULL refund

I can’t believe I am writing this about Missguided. I’ve ordered numerous times. I noticed that you HAVE to use FedEx with the frauds. In the past, I opted to pay the $13.00 FedEx Fee to receive my merchandise in 2-3 days. So I ordered clothes for over $250 on September 17, 2015.. I CHOSE the Fedex option, which was $0.00 since my order was over $200. Can you believe they STILL sent it via their Royal Mail, (cheapos). Fast Forward, it is now October 8, 2015, 21 days since I ordered, still nothing. I tracked the package and it’s been at some “depot” since September 21, 2015, utterly ridiculous. I emailed customer service, they asked if I want them to “Re-dispatch,” Yes! I want the clothes! They came back with, “we only re-dispatch on Wednesday’s.” Basically I have to wait another week! It is now Tuesday, I emailed them to confirm that my “Re-dispatchment” will go out. It’s been over 24 hours, no response, enough is enough! I called PayPal to immediately escalated this into a dispute. Finally! They answered me saying that the reason they didn’t send the items is because PayPal “reversed the transaction” Missguided, that was less than 24 hours ago, what happened to the re-dispatchment? It’s Wednesday, it was supposed to be re sent to me before PayPal intervened. It is laughable at this point. This company, their customer service is a HUGE JOKE. Do NOT waste your time, or ORDER at your own “Risk.”

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service of Missguided. I have used them before on a few occasions with no issues, considering I didnt want next day delivery on those orders. Ordered a dress and some other clothes on Tuesday next day delivery, should have received on Wednesday. Heard nothing, chased, kept getting told I would receive my dress, we are really "sorry" emails. Still no dress, so I ordered the dress again on the Thursday to ensure I received it for Friday, again no email confirming when it will be delivered. Finally received an email to say I would receive the goods on Saturday??? Party was Friday, in the end I had to take leave from work early to go and buy something on Friday!! I received the parcel on Monday, with none of my other items and 2 dresses which I now clearly didnt need. So many emails back and forth advising there was no customer services that can call me, low and beyond receive a call 3 days after my final email, to be honest she was ok, refunded back my money, took 5 working days though and finally received my refund today. And now here I am £2.00 out of pocket, 2 1/2 hours holiday taken and thoroughly disappointed. Missguided you should be ashamed! As a Project Manager my previous role was to support implementation of a courier company into a large corporation, i would clearly be looking to your project managers because something has gone horribly wrong......if you need any advice on smoother implementation and notifications to your customers I'd be more than happy to help, please dont let anyone else have the same experience. Oh wait, checking your FB page, looks like its still continuing.....the offer still stands

Their customer service a disgrace. They do not respond to you. There is no way to contact other than email which they ignore past the 48 period. My package was expressed shipped to be here tomorrow, i gave them a week and it still has yet to be SENT. It hasnt even left the warehouse and I can't call. Even more, the shoe is sold out in my size now ao im not sure if they even have my order. Terrible.

My order which I paid extra for to be delivered next day was delivered 2 days late and when it came only one item out of two has arrived. I'm so mad, no one has replied to my emails my tweets or messaged since 5pm last night. Horrible, never shopping with them again

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I ordered 3 items costing a £100 in total, instead they send me only one of the item. BUT at the same time they take put £100 out of my account when the other two items are out of stock. Which of course I was not told about or e-mailed of some sort. To be honest this company has low quality clothes, every time I've bought clothes here it's been faulty and even that they take a long time to sort out. After writing various email, tweets, DM's they have not refunded my money and instead they keep sending me emails asking how was my chat with Roxanne or Maxine as if to say that they have attended my emails, complaints or refund. I ADVISE YOU. DON'T SHOP HERE. FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS ALL THE TIME. NO REPLIES TO COMPLAINTS. They still also OWE ME A £100 #WhereIsMyMoney !

Can safely saw. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Not only have I had the same problems as people below - Ordering next day delivery and it not coming till 4 days later. Calling and speaking to the office, for them to barely even say sorry. For my delivery to TURN UP AND TO DISCOVER ONE OF THE ITEMS I HAVE PAID FOR IS NOT EVEN IN THERE. How hard can it be. Why is it not clear on the website.

Placed an order last week AND paid for next day delivery. However, I haven't heard anything from missguided at all apart from the order confirmation email. I received an automated email after emailing the company twice asking about the whereabouts of my order but heard nothing back. The automated email advises that someone should be in touch within 48 hours. However, it's been 3 days and no response. I'm not a fussy shopper but I do expect to at least receive what I've paid good money for. Even if they failed on the next day delivery. Terrible customer service and they seem to be the only company I've experienced this sort of problem with. Disappointed.

WORST COUSTOMER SEVERICE!! I have been having issues receiving my package for the last week. I wrote them, letting them know what had been happening. I got a reply to fill out document (claim report) to "help" me figure out hot to get my package back to me or a refund. It's been a week and I have yet to get a reply. It seems to me that I am the only one concerned on the whereabouts of my package, they are absolutely no help.
